There was no one when I went in, 2 workers at the register who would not acknowledge me for 5 minutes. There entire coffee menu had signs of “sold out.” They did have brewed coffee which I got but by the time I went to my car their cup completely fell apart and coffee went all over my cup holders. The breakfast wrap was decent which brought my rating up to 2Would not recommend and will not be back

Corner Bakery was by far my favorite location and restaurant during my 4 day stay in forth worth! Not only were the chocolate chocolate croissant the best ever! The prices is what make me go back a thousand times! The service! The food! The vibe! Did not leave a dent in my pocket but instead a full belly and a smile on my face! ( Only sad thing they didn’t have chocolate croissants every day:( also their breakfast ends at 11:45)

This was my FAVORITE lunch and breakfast place for the last 5 years!! In the last couple of months, since this new manager, James, took over, I now feel the complete opposite!!I visited there 2 weeks ago and they did not have any lemonade, coffee, or any other drinks ready, even though it was about 2 hours after opening. I visited after that around 9:45am, and they did not have ANY FOOD available. The manager, as he sat down watching his phone, said "yea, I don't have any staff today so I don't know when we'll have food available. All we have are pastries." I visited again today (at 10:15am) and, following the trend, he did not have any desserts ready, saying they had just come out (3 hours after opening) and needed to co down. I ordered my panini and it was burned pretty badly. I asked him to remake it... They brought me a completely different sandwich with completely different bread. At this point, I asked for a refund as it had been 15-20 mins and I had to get back to work. James responded by taking the receipt off of the bag and saying "ok, I'll put it back on your card." There was no apology, no "you can keep the drink on us since we messed up your order and wasted your time", no "I'm sorry this happened, can you give us one more chance to correct it?". Nothing.I am extremely disappointed in this lack customer of customer service, and lack of quality that I have been so accustomed to with Corner Bakery. I do not have ANY plans on returning to this location unless some big changes are made.

Extremely slow service. They don't have enough morning staff to operate effectively - just one person to take orders, run food to tables, and pack up to-go orders. Lack of staffing meant that it took me over 40 minutes to order and receive coffee and a bagel. Until the staffing issues are fixed, don't go here unless you've got plenty of time to wait.

Yesterday I watched a young lady come in for an order replacement. She explained to the cashier how she was told to come back to receive the replacement. The cashier did her job effortlessly. Here's where the problem came in. The manager, big guy comes from the back, instantly scum look upon his face, rude as ever, asked for a receipt. The young lady is searching for it. As she finds it, she shows it to a different manager, this time a woman. When her food finally comes out, the manager lady opens this lady's food, in the open, in front of everyone, picking thru her sandwich, and says "here, now you can't say its wrong"Totally embarrassing!!!!! As the young lady walks away, the manager then says behind her back, her food was right so she can't do this tomorrow. Talk about embarrassing at it's finest. Guest are in the lobby, whispering and snickering. My colleagues and I will never support this establishment again. Whatever happened to the customer being right smh.

This was a nice place for a healthy breakfast. I didn't feel icky after eating my avocado egg breakfast wrap. The tomato basil wrap was good as well. The staff were also kind. ?

Not a place or food to die for. But it's ok. Premises were clean, staff was helpful and all. Nice Christmas decor and ambiance. But just generally speaking I'm not fond of their food they have to offer ?‍♀️

Classy remodel, the food is as it always was (really very good) but the cleanliness and service seem newly subpar. Dined in, but food was served on paper plates with cafeteria quality plastic cutlery. Massive waste, and then it doesn’t appear anyone can be bothered to clean up the restaurant (it wasn’t busy). Without question COVID has its impacts and the foundation is here for this to be great for a quick bite again with just a bit of effort by management.

I love corner bakery and this one looks beautiful on the inside. But the food sucks. Panini and grilled cheese were both burned, broccoli cheddar soup was runny, and the fruit medley looked old with one grape. For $10+ a person, I won’t be going back to this corner bakery. Horrible presentation.

I’ve been here a couple times for takeout. The food isn’t bad but this ship is definitely not ran very tightly. Today my wrap was incorrect and I watched whom I presume to be the manager take a payment at the POS then precede to use his bare hands to cut a sandwich in half for a guest. No hygiene practices involved. ?I can’t even take my food down the street two blocks without it getting cold either.
