Called a week in advance to order a birthday cake for my daughter. Asked for it to be ready by 4:30 the day of. Arrived around 5:15 (left work late) to pick up the cake. Watched the girl grab the “last one” of that flavor from the front freezer and then spent the next 20 minutes writing the sloppiest version of Happy Birthday on the cake. I could have done better myself. Very disappointed considering it was a $38 cake.

Hooray!" ??And sure the ice cream was excellent too lol.Boys got dark chocolate, one mixed with cheesecake and the other strawberry... very good!But I will say the Signature Vegan Chocolate (PB, Banana & chopped almonds) takes the cake... Y.U.M.!!!
Went to Cold Stone for the first time on a family outing tonight. Wow!!! Totally blown away by the teenagers working here. They had the most efficient assembly line going & they were all smiling, helpful, polite & honestly seemed to be having fun with customers & each other despite being crazy busy. Not something you see everyday. Maybe I'm simple but this little ice cream shop renewed my faith that customer service still exists & even better can absolutely be provided by the younger generation. Well done guys! ?
Ok I had not really been to this place before and so it was kind of a lot and so I chose sweet cream ice cream and idk I didn't feel like toppings so I got a regular size plain ice cream and it was almost $6!!! Also the ice cream barely tasted like anything so after a few spoons of it I was done. ALSO when we went there there were these really annoying kids that were just being loud and I guess they were friends with all the workers so they kept distracting them. Never going back, terribad!
I came here on my spouse to surprise him of the great tasting legendary cold stone creamery. Unfortunately the representative who made our ice cream heady attitude and it was nowhere near the taste as the cold stone stores in California. I was very disappointing and I spoke with the manager who didn’t make anything better at all.
Ice cream is good and they have some fun concoctions. It's not worth $7+ dollars for a medium cup. We eat ice cream multiple times a week and no way I'd be able to come here regularly.
Ice cream's always great, of course. But the difference here is the people! Happy, enthusiastic service and smiling faces every time!

Only a few words Dark Chocolate ice cream, I really enjoy their brand, delicious and doesn't make my stomach hurt. Hahaha
Don’t do an online order. We ordered 5 ice creams, 4 of them were wrong and smaller sizes than we ordered.
