The food is good and will be ready in no time.
Caleb is the best waiter. He was extremely kind, caring, and went way above for us. We didn’t have to ask for anything because he was on top of it. We left out to go box for our dog and he brought it back out to us. He was so friendly. It’s so hard to find the service that he provided today anywhere. He was amazing! I would come back just for the service.
This location is actually on the northeast corner of 35w and heritage trace. Located near Firebirds and the Marriott hotel. (Walker Way) ***take the heritage trace exit & turn right or you'll miss it**TELL YOUR MOM TELL YOUR FRIENDS THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING.First timers and have zero complaints! The steak burrito was phenomenal. The jalapeño ranch, queso, and tex mex sauces were amazing. Loved the strawberry margaritas. Our server Jennifer was kind and answered all our questions. She also made recommendations that were perfect.Seriously the best lunch we have had in a long time!We will 100% be back!
Location is a little tough exiting unless you're going NB on i35 with alot of surrounding construction. FOH was nice and welcoming. The inside is kind of cold (temperature wise)/ they should adjust according to amount of people inside &/or time of day. Chips were a little over salted. The salsa was more like Pico de Gallo. The selection isn't too horrible but there's only 2 options for sides. The drinks are also limited. The food wasn't too bad.. the sides were dry but rice did have flavor. It's a very quick tex mex place but has a nice patio seating.
Haven’t been to Chuy‘s in a while and haven’t ever been to this location. Stopped in for a quick business lunch.Service and food were just as good as I remember. I had a fajita steak salad and it had a little more iceberg in it and I like but it was delicious overall.
Beware of the waitlist! We joined the waitlist ahead of time online, as responsible adults do. When we arrived, we were told, “that doesn’t really work” and that we weren’t put on the waitlist until we arrived in person…makes no sense and is just bad business. When I pointed out how ludicrous this was to the hostess, she replied, “I’m not the manager.” Their saving grace was that Alexis was a great server and the food was delicious.
The service was good. The food was hot and fresh. The fajitas came sizzling! We enjoyed talking with our friends and hanging out there. I order from Chuy's often for my work lunches and they are fresh and the portions are good. They also offer delivery.
First off the food is amazing! Also I have to give props to our sever Kayla! She was amazing fast service, super kind, and overall on top of everything! She made the experience amazing! Would 100% go again!
This is not the same Chuy’s that existed pre-pandemic. Our most recent experience was evidence of that. The waitress that took care of our family’s table was kind, very attentive, and great with our children.However, the food quality has suffered. Not only do they have a very limited menu now; but what they have remaining was executed poorly. Only item that was good was the crunchy taco our daughter received. I hope they’re able to turn things around and restore this restaurant to the chuy’s we once enjoyed.
