Love this location because of cleanliness and friendliness but what good is that if Chuck E never shows up?? Hadn’t shown up last two visits and called to see if he’ll be in tomorrow but she couldn’t give me an answer. Heck, if I were the manager and really cared about the kids, I’d throw the outfit on for what, about 5 minutes to do that one dance?!?Looks like we’ll be heading to another location from here on out.
I went for a friend's son's birthday party, we had a blast. We all played games the pizza was pretty good, the beer seemed a little expensive for the size of glass that I got but other than that it was good
We visited today. It was clean, well staffed and of course lots of fun. They had hand sanitizing stations and the bathrooms were clean. We were greeted and taken care of quickly. Our pizza was hot and ready very quickly. After playing games, climbing and dancing with Chuck E we went to got get prizes and the guy who dresses up as Chuck Ehelped us. He was so sweet and kind with my kids. Really a great experience. Thank you for hiring kind employees that like their job and for making our experience wonderful!
Is cool they took out some games I wish they kept and it got super expensive be prepared.
This is just like you would expect, children running rampid, screams, loud music and fun. BUT the cashier Christian was absolutely AMAZING, he single handedly was running the store on an extremely busy night while still staying calm, cool and fun. He was very kind, attentive and courteous. Kept apologizing for the long lines while arriving, paying for food, and the prize checkout, and wven gave my son an extra lollipop when he was short tickets. Thank you Christian for making our day amazing! It's nice to know there are still positive people working, stay you! :) will definitely return to this location just for this man's positive impact ❤
Pizza was really good, better than expected!
Great location and my son had a blast for his birthday. Only complaint is that they messed up our reservation and weren’t ready when we arrived. They did accommodate us and quickly put everything together. Adult drinks on tap are a plus!!!
Surprisingly clean! Glad they brought back the salad bar! One thing we could do without is the constant reminders of washing and sanitizing hands and the reminders that employees are forced to wear face diapers. It's getting very annoying.
Kids love playing the games. Good service and place was very clean. Food is not the best and overpriced, but great place for the kids to run around.
