Food was excellent.I was concerned about the cleaning of tables. I watched the guy take one wipe and clean 5 tables all with the same wipe.

This place was fantastic when it first opened. I’ve eaten there since the first week it was open. Over the passed few months it went completely down hill. They don’t sell any of the best sandwiches anymore. They just removed them from the menu. They’re still on the menu online, you call to order it, they don’t sell it, they’re out of broccoli salad almost EVERY time I go, and on and on. My family won’t be back, and I have no clue how it survives under this horrific management.

They seriously have the best chicken salad! We love their pimento cheese too! Staff is pretty friendly as well. Also like the Lords chicken they r closed on sundays and that seems to be when I crave it the most but all good just pick up some Togo after you leave target on Saturday ?

Love this place, love their food. The only reason i subtracted a star is because they were out of the spicy one, then out of the next one i ordered too... ended up getting bbq which was my 3rd choice and it was great but i mean do you really need to be out of two flavors ny 1pm?

At one time this was a great location. Good food, good selection, clean with a friendly staff. Lately they have been plagued with poor selection and tonight was no different. In addition to poor selection tonight this location required exact change. Unfortunately they don’t offer on line ordering or contactless payment. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the lack of selection but that won’t keep the doors open in such a competitive market in this area where choices abound. Sad to see how this location has deteriorated.

I normally love chicken salad chick. But this location was a miss… the pasta salad tasted old & dry… the wheat bread which I asked to be toasted tasted… stale? Idk. Disappointed ☹️

I have eaten at other locations and they are good but I was unimpressed with this location. The girl at the checkout was not helpful and seemed irritated. I got home and opened my to box and the side of fruit was beyond sad. There was hardly any and what was there was inedible. You can see in the photo that it has all gone bad. It was mushy and brown. "GROSS"!!!! I tried to call and let them know so maybe someone else would not pay for something that they can't actually eat but noone ever answered.

I spent 15 minutes trying to get my order placed by a new employee. She began to get frustrated and so did I but the other two employees including Josh didn’t care did not offer to help the new employee. I wanted one order for here and two to go and they couldn’t figure out how to do that. Finally I just gave up and said since you guys can’t figure it out just make it all to go and I’ll just sit here and eat it. After waiting a long time they finally brought out the food in to go boxes without labels. We got three different types of scoops and none of them are labeled for us to tell which one was which when They looked the same. When I asked the man Josh how am I supposed to know the difference he said for me to just dig through it and look for the ingredients. When this wasn’t even my food to be digging through because it was for someone else to go. He then just walked away from me when I ask is there not another way to figure it out and he said well I don’t know and just walked away and I have a video of him doing this. While he was ignoring me I said hello are you just going to walk away and not help me out? Then the other girl that was working came over and said the scoops both look like the same so long story short they got my order wrong after spending 15 minutes placing it. I asked for the manager and she was so rude and not helpful. She said OK I’ll just get you another one and I suggested that she should be in the front helping the new staff because it’s not fair to the new woman who can’t understand with no one helping. She too then just ignored me and walked away. I understand that it’s busy but you can take a second to fix a wrong order and help a new employee out. I’m very sorry to the older woman who is new to the location staff that they are not treating you right already.

Food was great and staff was friendly. Place appears spotless but there were fruit flies swarming around my head while I ate. I wouldn’t think much of it except I see others have complained of this for quite some time. Thanks for lunch though! 10 out of 10.
