The lady working the window apparently doesn’t understand how to take orders, the food SUCKS. Bland. What kind of restaurant serves white gravy with mashed potatoes? Should probably specify that it’s not brown gravy on the menu. The only good thing about this place is the sweet tea and it’s mediocre at best. Mac and cheese is bland. Didn’t even get utensils with our food. Don’t waste your time eating here. There are tons of better places
1st time to this establishment and wasn't sure what to expect. Ordered 2 combos. The gizzards were good and freshly made. The chicken was a little over crispy and oily for my liking but flavor was good. The Mac and cheese is not preferred. The potatoes and gravy were decent. The signs everywhere says that it's .50c/ sauce packet. There I'd also a sign that says that they "ID any debit/credit transaction" but that was far from what happens. The staff who greeted me was nice but not attentive. I probably will not return

They left three of my small fries off and would not answer there phone. I understand u busy but forbear though. You can't answer the phone and take a complaint.
This is the fastest and freshest Chicken Express i have been to in Fort Worth. I used to go to the location dnext to me but now I drive an extra five minutes to come here instead. The employees are always friendly as well.
How do y’all think it’s okay to even serve this. Terrible service. Had no chicken an hour prior to closing and was originally reluctant to making more. This use to be the best chickenE not anymore. I am legitimately disappointed that I waited almost 15 min for old chicken.
I just left there. I wanted a piece of fish and the largest cup of ice they had. The gentleman at the drive through said it would be 10. I said no thank on the fish just the ice please. I get to the window and he says 6.91 I said just for a cup of ice. He didn’t listen when I said no thank you for the fish. Then the cup of ice was 2.59! For a cup of ice. That’s like a whole drink or a whole bag of ice. I thought that was so crazy!
The young man who took our order and served us was friendly, helpful and polite. He knows how to do customer service right! The dining room and restroom was clean and well stocked.
Called in my order and still had to wait 20 min. Smh. Defeats the purpose. I wonder what happened to the nice short blond. She always gave excellent customer service. Now the incompetence is taxing!
Not the same anymore. I used to love coming here. Not only have prices gone up which is understandable, but the portion size has actually decreased. And what’s really sad, is you would think for a higher price and less food they could at least give you fresh hot food. But nope, can’t have that either. When I asked for a new cup of gravy because all the food they gave me was luke warm, all they did was give me another cup of cold gravy from the same bin. (Even though I asked if they had hot gravy). After a long time of being a chicken E fan, I’m finally calling it quits. The value vs the cost is no longer worth it. And it’s a shame the bad experience had to come from this location.
