Ordered a 3 piece with two wings and a thigh with 2 rolls a corn on the cobb for the side.Also ordered a 9 piece gizzard box. Instead I got 2 thighs and a leg, fries INSTEAD of the corn, NO rolls just dry biscuits, NO gizzard in site just LiVERS. How can you get an order so messed up. Well it was too late for me to take it back since they were closed I WANT MY CORRECT THAT I PAID FOR !!!! OR MY MONEY BACK

Chicken was over-cooked and crunchy, with the fries being greasy and floppy. The biscuit, which was supposed to be a roll, was dry and crunchy. I know it's Chicken E, so I didn't go in with high expectations, but I probably won't be going back. I purchased a single meal, some chicken tenders and fries with gravy and a roll plus a drink. I was the 2nd person in the drive through, with nobody behind me. It's not like they were slammed and just trying to keep up. Everyone I interacted with was unpleasant at best. My coca-cola was the only good thing from this purchase. Now I know why it was the only place without a line during dinner time.

Always fresh...Today was grand with the curb service in the drive thru....This is really a great idea for busy evenings ?

People were friendly, but had to say my order 4 times and then they still got it wrong. Which I had to go inside and have them fix it. And the fish was dry and seemed old. Wasnt my best exsperience . Do better please

We usually truly enjoy Chicken E but today the tenders were super dry and tasted old. The sides we received were cold not room temperature cold but refrigerator cold.

Waited literally 30 min for my order and then asked if they would include an extra gravy for the inconvenience.They said absolutely not... that if I wanted extra gravy, I would have to pay for it.Clearly poorly run, poorly managed store.Wished I had seen how filthy the kitchen was before I had paid for my order. Seriously, the dining room is closed so walk up to the employee door and take a look.Contacting the health department tomorrow.

I went there on 3/5/2022 after a long day at work my food was completely nasty , I called I was told I could bring the receipt another day and get a replacement well I went today 3/6 and the so called manager denied me , didn’t wanna give me any information on supervisor who’s on top of him or anything very rude ! He opened the door , didn’t speak just said “yes “.. They play all day inside of the store , will leave you sitting in the drive through before even approaching you and food still not be fresh , it’s okay to be playful at work but when working with customers it’s very rude and unprofessional! Will not be getting my service anymore! If I could rate a 0 on the food and that manager who was there i definitely would !

I've tried several times but each time I visit the WAIT is ridiculous and unnecessary. Additionally, our order is wrong 90% of the time.The other Chicken Express on John T White is NOT this slow and the people are much nicer.

Nice people but you can only pick up. You can't eat or order inside but at least if you don't have a car they will let you walk up if you called it in already.

Food took forever to get and then the food was terribly made the toll was smashed onto the chicken and destroyed and my wife order three legs and got two and a destroyed biscuit. Probably worst chicken Express I have ever been to in my life
