Ok so places an order , a. simple one 1 spicy chicken sandwich , I soda and 1 choc shake , got a non spicy sandwich , real crispy fries and 1 drinking straw oh and no sauces , really really might not come back because also the wait takes most of my lunch☹️
They do not pay attention to your mobile order requests. They messed up my drinks, received 2 sauces, for FOUR orders??♀️. I called to complain, the manager on the evening shift was very nonchalant. I'll stick to the Western Center location.
Every Chick-Fil-A has good customer service but this one is outstanding. The way I just felt when I left was amazing. I will always support this place. The older guy at the window and the Black lady in the back are AWESOME! Thank you guys for making my day. It’s the small things that matter some times.

Clean, quick and a favorite treat for my kids. They do extra to get chic Fila and I will reward being that I love the grilled wrap too. The employees are always great at their pleasure.
Ordered a Cobb salad with honey mustard dressing on the drive thru and did received the dressing or fork… how am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing or fork? Unbelievable
Doors are still not open to the public which is fine by me as the speed of service is on point. The only reason I am taking away 1 star is because at times the nuggets are over cooked. Everything else is amazing. Other businesses should ask cfa how to be more efficient.
Every time I have visited this Chic Fil A they have screwed my order up. Every time they cannot ready and forget what I want every time. You have just the drive through open which is assenine to begin with.Teach your people how to read slow down and get the order right. I have a favorite saved so its not like I am forgetting to type something in. Western Center Blvd. gets my order correct eveytime why can't you.
