I ordered: 3 biscuits 3 hashbrowns 2 chicken minis I received: 6 hashbrowns 2 chicken minis No receipt After waiting a long time. Today was not a great morning for this location. Hope someone else enjoyed their breakfast!

My experience at this particular location is horrible every time I go there. But this morning takes the cake of all visits. I did an app order for carry out and they weren’t even open which still debited my card. They claimed they had a late start. They also lied and said they transferred my order to the alliance location. THEY LIED!!!
Bad customer service at a chick-fil-a is unheard of , unfortunately that was the case at this particular one. Waitied inside for over ten minutes on a slow Saturday morning to get my order taken . No manager in sight and the young employees were just talking standing around . In need of new management or better leadership.
I am absolutely disgusted. Very rarely do I leave reviews, but my entire experience at this Presidio Location warranted one today. First I order $50 ($47 and some change to be exact) worth of food in the drive through, and they give me some stale fries when I get to the window then got an attitude when I asked for fresh ones. Then I get home and one of the three kids meals I ordered has a box of EMPTY nuggets with honey roasted bbq sauce in it!!!! And sauce all over the inside of the bag. I call the location and spoke to Lily (a so called manager), and she proceeded to call me a liar. What do I have to gain from taking time out of my day to call up there about a freakin $5 kids meal. I told her I wanted to speak to the her manager because I didnt appreciate her calling me a liar. I am absolutely disgusted and threw the entire order away. The customer service was trash and so was the expensive and picked over food. I’ve NEVER experienced such poor service at a chic fil a. Im literally sick to my stomach. That’s he poorest managerial skills and services I’ve seen in a very long time. Do better Lily and run those cameras back to see what employee picked at a box of nuggets and placed the empty box in my child’s bag!!
Usually a 5, but the staff missed items on our order on two separate orders. Once it was all the cones and shake..which was half the receipt. It was clean and people were nice.
Always fast and friendly service. Food delicious and fresh. My new favorite is the sun joy drink yummmy
Michael was very polite and accommodating when I ordered my chicken wrap. He assured me I could get it without lettuce (I have had stomach surgery and absolutely cannot tolerate lettuce). I am traveling across the state. When I opened it to eat, it had lettuce. Very disappointed and unable to return to Chic-Fil-A. My first ever bad experience with, and CFA has always been my go to.
Went in to order inside as drive was long . Stood there 10 minutes without being greeted and then to be told their not taking orders from the inside only thru drive.
I am a bit fan of chick fil a, I usually love anything I have tried there, but today I got the yogurt parfait for the first time and literally laughed when I pulled it out of the bag because it’s just yogurt with one strawberry cut into quarters and 2 blueberries total. No granola, and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu. Just felt compelled to share because I wish I would have known before I ordered one! Definitely not worth $4.15. What a joke. I dug around in the cup and double checked my bag for granola to make sure I wasn’t mistaken and there Is nothing else there. What a waste.
