Love this restaurant! Food is excellent!

Anyone that knows me knows that I’m obsessed with Chick-fil-A. I get it all the time and I’ve been to a lot of different locations. This one is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The service is slow, they’re not friendly, and my order is wrong 95% of the time. I know that this is a tough time to be in the food industry, but a good attitude and customer service go a LONG way. This location just doesn’t represent the mission and values of Chick-fil-A.

Been a customer since 2012 and today’s visit will be the final one. They gave my order to the car in front of me and had me repeat my order at the window without notification on what happened. Called to talk to the management staff and she proceeded to argue with me. I will never visit again and will drive out of my way to go to another location.

They Got Good Service but check your Bag for the amount of Sauces you asked for before you leave.....Cuz they will NOT put em in the bag.....Then if you realize and come back they'll be like "oh we have a Shortage i cant" it's like why you didn't say that when I asked for that amount at the At the Speaker? it's Like you said OK to that amount and Then purposely Dint put that in the Bag like don't Tryn be slick wit it...

So today about 9:32pm I stop by this location and I order all my food once I got home I started eating my chicken sandwich and the bread was cold and hard. The fries were cold and soggy, and my daughter got my fries and put them in the table out the box and there was a German cockroach very disappointed of this location this is the last time I’m going to this location hopefully management sees this review and clean up that place

The Chick-fil-A staff were very immature, unprofessional teenagers. And I believe teens have the ability to be very professional and great employees. Why weren’t they in school, though? It was Monday morning at 10am. They were arguing in front of customers, criticizing each other, and did not have the friendly attitude expected from Chick-fil-A employees. Also, we have been waiting at this point for about 8 minutes and still have not had our food brought out to us. I do not think we will be returning to this location.

Just went through the drive through... I must have selected the wrong drink on my mobile app. My cashier said I ordered it wrong but she would replacement. The two other girls came and gave me greif saying it is an up charge and arguing with me, saying I did the order wrong over and over. I said I heard you, I explained, she said she would give me a replacement. She said "you ordered it wrong, but we will give it to you. Then turned away and told the cashier, shes holding up the line just give it to her. Check my chil fil a account, I'm a repeat customer and do not deserve to be treated that way. Someone needs to address the way she speaks to the paying customer. I will NEVER return here. Should be embarassed of her behavior.

I got a spicy southwest salad and ask for regular grilled chicken I guess it was not put on there so I ended up ordering the market salad and willing to pay for it but when I got to the window they went ahead and gave me the market salad for free that was really surprising but from this restaurant I really felt that I would recommend this restaurant many many more times everybody was nice courteous it was clean and they'll replace a salad at no charge and still let me keep the second salad even though I wanted to return it all the workers there should get a pet on the back right service

This used to be my favorite store. They still get every order correct, but quality of food has gone down. Mac N Cheese tastes like it’s been around awhile, and sandwich bun was dry. Some days are off for any place, but what will keep me away now is that they stopped offering curb-side pickup. No matter what time of afternoon or evening, there are long lines and the wait is consistently around 30 minutes. Even placing a mobile order doesn’t help when you have to “hop in line” and wait for half an hour. I’ll be back when I can go inside or use curb-side pickup.

Make sure you keep your receipts because when you confront them about missing food they make you feel like you are lying. I have been twice this week and always missing items. One manager was nice about it. But the lady manager in the morning was not so nice about it. Talk about wasting customers time and money.
