Like their food. More salad options would be a plus. A bunless chicken option for the sandwiches would also be nice.I wish CFA would take steps towards being more sustainable.They still have forever chemicals in their packaging.Drink cups are still EPS (styrofoam), which does not recycle. I have seen paper cups at some CFA locations in other parts of the nation. A much better option than EPS, both for consumer health and environment.How about offering reusable cups for sale and customers can bring them back for a small discount on drinks (by increasing the price for disposable cups)? Or better yet, use reusable cups, plates and utensils for dine in customers and wash them after each use. It would save an incredible amount of water and resources. Still safe.Add bins for composting left over food.Add bins to recycle left over drinks and ice - can be used for watering the landscaping at least.Cut down on packaging by not bringing the food out in paper bags to dine in customers.Provide service stations with sauces in bigger serving containers, allowing customers to dish out only what they need in smaller serving cups (reusable). These serving stations can be made touchless to improve hygiene.Give a discount to customers that pull up in the drive thru in an electric/hybrid vehicle.

Mike Janicek, Sherry TVS. I came through and placed a $40 order (4 individual lunches). When I got to the window, I tried to check my order thoroughly, but it was hard as two sacks were in a bigger sack. I asked her about all my items individually and was assured they were all there. Of course, I get back to work and of all the items that were missing, IT WAS MINE! So I only get to have a salad and unsweet tea for lunch today. I am SO mad. Maybe the girls at the window don't need to congregate and have their own conversations, while trying to run your busy window. I called and the person on the phone told me to give my name when I come in and they will give me a free meal. That's OK, but my lunch today is ruined, and I don't have time to go anywhere else.

Maybe 2oz. Of chicken inside my grilled chicken cool wrap. Mostly lettuse. Will not be ordering this again until it is made better. More chicken

Food was good crew are amazing, Location great very close to the hotel ? my only complaint is the cleanest of the place they need improvement on the cleaning special in restrooms ? ? sorry to said that but is for all good and we still in this Pademic think clean is something we need anyway,Thank you guys

found hair in my food and the manager is refusing to contact me regarding the incident. I’ve called the corporate line about 5 times and the Cityview management is still refusing to call me and make it right.

This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too… my food was cold, they didn’t provide me with a receipt and I was in the drive thru literally for 37 mins and the traffic was so bad I couldn’t even get out…I was stuck…. beyond livid

I have eaten at easily 50 different Chik-fil-A locations across the country and this is the only location that has ever been less than stellar. They're always slow, the food is often cold, my orders are always wrong. I just left there and the didn't include a straw with my milkshake, despite ordering on the app they didn't get me the correct sauces I ordered, among numerous other issues.

Not happy and very unsatisfied. Oder meals for all my kids and two adult meals. When I got home sadly to say my daughters nuggets were just crumbs. I had to call so this doesn’t happen again. The manager said to put his name on the receipt and that he would replace my nuggets and I told him there was no need too and my reason for my call was to let his employees know not to make that mistake again. I posted some pictures the size in real person looked the the size of a dime.

The food is good, but this location keeps getting our orders wrong. Today, we didn’t get a whole meal and had to go all the way back to get it. We went in, got the salad, got back to the car, and realized they didn’t give us dressing or toppings and had to go back in for that. Other times, they didn’t give us fries. Customer service could be better??‍♀️

I'd have to say, typically when I order, this is the only place (in general) that gets my food 100 percent correct. I love it.However, I've noticed at this establishment, i get my order wrong a lot, I never go back for I am on a lunch break and don't have time to wait in line again, but maybe just making sure employees double check their work, happens little too frequently here in drive thru.
