Oh c'mon! It's Chick fil a ! We all know it's perfect, in fact ibwas beginning to think something was wrong after 30 years of not once getting my order wrong and I'm hearing impaired for 4 years now so you'd think there would be 1 miscommunication! But NO! All I can say is that for thr first-time EVER I was to take a sandwich back bc the chicken was so thin, the filet, that it was mostly breading and for thr first time ever I didn't get that crunch then juicy perfectly cooked chicken breast! Anyway I DID NOT take it back just went ahead and ate it bc well it wasn't too bad and I didn't want anyone getting chastised for what was obviously a mistake from the company that supplies the chicken breasts!! Hey back to my original thought. C-fil-a is absolutely the best !!!!!! Best employees and best fast food if you can even categorize them as so!
Wow! Extrmely rude ! Even the manager , mqybe because it was 4:50 and he was off at 5 he refiused to release a door dash order that was placed with 4 items and theh only made 1 .. as a driver i kniow its not worth driving 19 minuted to deliver fries! Jennifer the associate ar the front accused the custoner and i of foul play in an outload voice to her manager and he was even less helpful. I feel sorry for whoever leads the training at this locatoon ... and for any other customers who experience this type of response from payong custones ..
This store is nice and peaceful even though a lot of students from Arlington Heights High School come thru. They weren't many people dining in when we arrived, but it soon filled up. The drive-thru lane was wrapped around the building the whole time we were there. The dining area was clean. Got a fried chicken club sandwich. Was great! Employees are pleasant but very busy.

For being a very busy restaurant, we had surprisingly fast service. The employees were friendly and careful with a lot of enthusiasm. This says a lot for a fast food chain. Food was nice and hot the waffle fries were cooked to perfection. This is one of the better Chick-fil-A that I've been to they were worthy of a good a good review. I will return to this restaurant. I would avoid this location for catering. Im not sure why, but they just skimp on sauces. I know the catering comes with an 8oz bottle, but I just wanted the sauce cups. This location out of the dozens of locations I order catering from around DFW decides to charge $2.50 which is not a big dea at alll, but they still gave me so little sauces for the medium nugget tray which feeds around 12-15 people. I got barely that amount of sauces.(Order from 12/29 11:20am)
I love chick fil a. They have the best food especially when it's hot. And the best Arnold Palmer's that half sweet tea and half lemonade.
Trying to get in the drive through is insane! The layout is so difficult. We had to drive around multiple times to figure it out and while we were in line after ordering a lady swerved in front of us just trying to get in line, which she finally realized was the wrong place to enter.The food itself was great, of course, and the staff was really good. If the location wasn't so terrible it would be 5 star service.
Came in with my daughter during lunch rush hour. High school kids all over the place, but the manager was amazing and he took care of us. Brought a high chair to the table and brought us our food and drinks. Thank you again Bruce!!
I don't understand the hype. As fast food goes, the quality is a step above most. But I don't think it's worth that much of a wait in line. Seems like just a trendy fad.
