SLOWEST WORST CHIK FIL A EVER. I’ve only been here 3 times, it’s the closest one to my job, 1st two times I went through drive through, literally took me 30 minutes, had to eat my lunch at my desk. 3rd time I decided to use mobile app and pick up at store, my lunch is at 11:30 I got there at 11:50, waited 20 mins they kept saying “it’s almost ready” over and over finally at 12:10 they said “we can’t find your order mam” turns out it was there the entire time they just had it listed by the wrong name. By then my food was cold and when I get to work I realize they only gave me ONE ranch. So they’re slow, dumb and greedy.
Chick-fil-a is very consistent across locations on the type and quality of food they provide. The person taking my order had a hard time understanding that I needed a low carb meal. But in the end it worked out. They were fast and accurate
The staff outside is very rude It's understandable the rush to get the orders in and out don't rush someone on the order. Literally rolled window down right off the bat he was rushing and rudely interrupting not letting me even finish order I just told him just cancel order! After waiting in line long enough to be treated that way ridiculous
I’m originally from Amarillo and the Chick-fil-A there is superb so I guess I just already had high expectations. I’ve only gotten drive thru at this location ( about 20+ times) and always give the benefit of the doubt like maybe most of the employees outside just are having bad days…but never has their moods changed every time I come. They give you these looks like why are you here and they don’t smile if anything I leave having a worse day then when I showed up which is a bummer because I love Chick-fil-A. A few times I’ll be sitting there with my window down and they will just be in front of my window having a convo about their weekend with each other while giving me rude looks while I just wait for them to take my order which makes it very uncomfortable for me. I live across the street from this location so I really wish they would put nicer people to work the drive thru (outside taking orders) instead of girls that just hate that you showed up for lunch.
Great staff that is super friendly and always good about getting you through the lunch hour rush. They definitely can move a drive thru as well so don’t think you’ll be stuck in that line long either. Also I believe this location is owned by a former Dallas Cowboy so that’s always a plus.
My order was ringed up incorrectly. I’m not sure how chick fil a’s system works but I ordered a meal for a veggie wrap w/ fries and sweet tea. The receipt shows a “SWEET TEA MED” and the representative said that the cashier just “flagged” it but I wasn’t charged for the MEAL I ordered. I understand that the cashier was probably under pressure but the lady at the window handing the orders was rude about the misunderstanding. She had the opportunity to calmly explain the misunderstanding but instead she immediately dismissed me saying I didn’t order the meal and ignored my request to purchase the meal by continuously stating that I didn’t pay for the sweet tea even though it was stated in the receipt.
I go here every day for my breakfast and sometimes pick up my lunch in th mornings as well. Which was the case this morning. I know ordering lunch in the morning is inconvenient to you, however we medical staff often do not have time to leave and grab lunch. This morning I knew why I was gonna be busy so I ordered my lunch and breakfast before I even left the house to ensure it would be ready when I arrived at the restaurant I get there and not only does my tea not have the lemon I was requested but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food which when I got it was cold I was advised that you cannot get lemons in your tea if you order before 1030 because they do not have the staff to cut lemons in the morning when preparing the store. All the other Chick-fil-A’s that I visit have always given me lemons in the morning as early as 7:00 AM so I don’t know what the trouble is but I will make sure to find another Chick-fil-A to eat at or another eatery to serve breakfast as I like it
Recently came through as I always have to pick up an order for a customer. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted as I have always have. Which was welcoming. I proceeded to the pickup area and gave name of customer to what seem to be a new employee. She looks at the rack and said they're still working on that order. It will be finished soon. I politely said ok and made my way to the waiting area where others were waiting as well. After all others received there orders, I'm still waiting. Mind you my order consist of 2 waffle fries, an eight piece nugget, a salad and two lemonade drinks. 15+ minutes have now passed. The same girl that I first talked to was now engaged in a conversation with a young Indian girl. As I tuned in I could hear the conversation being said. She says to the Indian girl you know I'm making the order late as she smiles and slightly laughs, both smiling at this point. The Indian girl glances in my direction and starts talking to the other girl and asks her who's order... Which the other one says... The doordash order. She glances at me smiling and walking away further towards the middle of their area which was centered between the drive thru and the front register. 20 minutes is now passed and at this point what was said is true. I have now waited 20 minutes on an order that was now about to be late 30+ minutes. I get up from the waiting area and say as loudly as possible... HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE THE SALAD... Which she giggled and turned. A young Caucasia, short and almost look like a kid comes as professional as can be and said they're still making the salad. Another tall Caucasian male about 6"2 ask me who's order was I waiting on do he could better assist me. I said it is for Shanekwa. He goes to the back and comes back to me and said another few moments please. I waited the needed extra time. Everyone else came and left. At this point you have diners, customers and others starting to notice what is going on. I've never had this issue before. I clearly heard her tell the other girl she was intentionally delaying my order. If I had unassigned this order the customer would have not only been hungry, but also had to wait an extra 30-60 minutes for another dasher to claim and deliver the order. So I politely waited an extra 3 minutes for the order. The young Caucasian man brought over the order and apologized for the lateness. He was very professional and I really appreciated that. However my rating stands because the restaurant is founded on respect and integrity. Customer service upon everything is important in the workforce. Race, looks or something else does not or should not play a role in customer service. I was deeply troubled by this young ladies behavior. I would definitely love to speak with corporate and or hold a meeting to go over what happened. This is unacceptable behavior. If this was done to me, I'm sure other dashers, UE and other delivery dashers have experienced this at some point.
I love chick fil a. Unfortunately this location doesn't meet chick fil a standards. Not once but twice there was hair in my sandwich. The first time I said something they said it was mine. My hair is pretty long and the hair that I found wasn't.. it also wasn't close to my hair color. Anyway they did nothing the first time and I'm not sure who to tell this to.
The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to since when does Chick-fil-A close at 9 o’clock they didn’t even have a courtesy to put a sign out saying that they change the store hours at this location don’t worry nobody needs to go to that store it’s horribly ran and their attitude is horrible
