Please check your order before you leave. I have been to this location 3 times and all three times one of the items I ordered was missing. The app doesn't let me give feedback to the items ordered.It was my mistake that I trusted this Chick-fil-A location to fulfill the order that they received...If you have to stop your car in the drive thru, please do it and check if you received all the items that you ordered....You have been warned... If you read this...Seriously, In&Out always gets it right, how hard is it for you guys?
This is my second time ordering ***LARGE ***fries same happened. Less fries been given . Can you tell me from drive thru who eat my order……Make me feel like same as McDonald …. Chick fil a you can do better than this …. Time:7:00pm 5/25/2022.Update from last time experience ,this time getting better. 2:00pm 6/13/2022
We had a mobile order. We went through the drive-thru to pick up our order. There was 4 cars in front of us but as soon as they hit the window, there food was ready. It was efficient and quick. We were able to get our food in a few minutes. We ordered 2 hash brown scramble burrito. They were pretty large and delicious!! Ice tea is perfect as always and I always get a parfait on the side.
I've been to this particular chickfila several times because it is the most convenient for me. They leave things out of the order and this most recent visit there was a piece of chicken, possibly raw, in my fruit cup.Instead of giving me a refund for the fruit cup, as I had requested, they gave me a coupon for a free fruit cup and brownie. Like I would risk eating at this location again. Eat at your own risk, and at the very least, double check your order.
Seriously disappointed 2 for 2. Last time I ordered an unsweetened tea (insulin resistant) and they gave me sweet tea. This time I ordered a salad and 1 sandwich. They had me pull forward and wait for 22minutes I only had 1/2 hrs lunch! I could have gone home and cooked my own darn chicken at that rate. Disappointed.
360 and Trinity area, they always do a good job having my mobile order ready after work; though there have been times when they gave me cold or stale fries. Aside from this, I've been very pleased. Staff is always friendly.
Not sure what’s happening with this CFA location. It started off amazing - food quality is always fresh and good. But lately, I’ve been missing items from my orders or they’ve been wrong. One day, they forgot my whole sandwich in my bag.. other day, I ordered two of the regular nuggets and get home to see I receive grilled nuggets.. today, they forgot my condiments which is super needed to enjoy my meal.This location is failing slowly and need to get it together.
I love this place, the fries with no salt are my favorite. The service is always quick and friendly. Ps the chicken sandwich is also very good ?
I can't say anything bad about this Chick-Fil-A location. When it first opened and word got out, the line started to get insane during lunch time so, this location posted multiple associates outside to take orders ultimately streamlining the ordering process. I started to feel bad about the associates standing outside in the elements and over the course of time this Chick-Fil-A location made an entire temperature controlled area for the associate's working outside taking orders. Talk about stellar service! I will say however, the lane merge is kind of a pain, but the lane widens into 2 lanes again as you get to the window to pick up your order.
This location is always clean and fast. Their service is exceptional and the food is always fresh. One of my favorite locations!
