Ordered a strawberry lemonade and was given this baby cup for $2.35…when I asked why they where giving me my drink in that cup and the team member said that’s what they always use. I told him that I never got my lemonades in a cup like that and he said “Oh have you worked here before?” Wow! The second picture is what I have always gotten…and yes I get the supply chain issue, but not the rudeness issue.

I was really disappointed with my visit today. Im super patient and didnt mind waiting in the drive thru neatly 20 min to pick up a mobile order. What I do mind is poor customer service in the drive thru at the window. I simply told the employee I didnt need a drink holder because they would spill in my car. He rolled his eyes, thrusted the carrier and said “take it.” I said, “I don’t need a drink holder.” He thrusted it and said “can you take it?” I repeated again I didnt need one. He said, “I obviously meant for you to grab your drinks.” I apologized and said I was sorry, but when he thrusted the drink holder twice, no time did he say to take my own drink out of it. Had he, I would have. He took my drinks out and thrusted them, the drink spilt on my hand/arm. I asked for a napkin, no response. I said, “thank you. Have a blessed day.” He rolled his eyes and turned around. Again, im not complaining that both sets of fries are ice cold or my daughters nuggets are hard. Im complaining that your customer service sucked today.

The worst service the manager sucks they cancel your order while there is long line for breakfast and can’t make accommodations because she’s useless at managing the issue and the worst she won’t even acknowledge you and just keep ignoring you like you don’t exist. This is the first ever horrible experience at Chick-fil-A! Especially for a pregnant woman!! They need to do better at managing this situation there were several upset customers when the line is line and you get screwed and won’t make it right it’s not that hard !!

Usually love this location but today they forgot half of our order. When I went in to have it fixed the gentleman helping me seemed tired and annoyed while I was trying to remain calm and polite since it was busy inside. When he put the corrections in I had to wait another 15 minutes and my food is now cold.

We just went to this chic-fil-a and all I can say is top notch customer service!! I had two gift cards, used one and my other one was not working. The manager covered the rest of my tab with his personal funds. That made my day and to see this type of customer service these days was exceptional! Kudos to you guys!!

Chick-fil-A knows how to operate not only their drive thrus, but also dine-in with the efficiency of a well oiled machine. Not to mention that the food and service are all above normal for a fast food restaurant. Well done Chick-fil-A, you have my business for life.

This Guy Hands Down gives the best customer service experience! I think his name is Will. So come to Chick-fil-A on Champion Circle near Texas Motor Speedway and enjoy your food! And because of this guy also enjoy your experience! He made sure we had refills and everything we need. Thank you for the awesome clean customer service experience. He made us feel so welcomed! Absolutely loved it! I am so happy they have the inside open again and it was great to get my Chick-fil-A experience back and to be able to have the play place. Will was one of the two staff members that I interacted with today and it was absolutely phenomenal

Line long but moved fast. Chicken looks a little smaller than normal and fries were cold. But every other time has been great.
