Josh (delivery driver) helped us out when the order was wrong, ordered grilled nuggets, and they accidentally gave us regular nuggets. We didn’t have to get up, He came up to us , asked us how we were doing, corrected the order, and let us keep the mistaken nuggets as well. Also very fast service from everyone else.
I am a part of the Chick-Fil-A family. While I do not work there, I do make sure to get lunch and dinner there every sunday. I would like to give a shoutout to my favorite worker Savesta. We frequent this Chic-fil-A a lot. They are always nice, fast, and food at appropriate temperatures. Our orders, though repeated back/billed correctly, are occasionally messed up (3-5 times over the past few months) which can be frustrating as we typically don't have time to go back up the restaurant. However, they have always been nice about correcting any mistakes mentioned. Four stars only due to the inconvenience this does create.
I was very satisfied with my order. I ordered the Cobb chicken salad, you get a lot for the money. The Strawberry lemonade was very tasty. The employees were very pleasant.
The is the best chick-fil-a I ever been too. The cashier Debby got my order correct the first time and had very beautiful smile .My food didn’t take long too come out to me and was freshly hot. Keep up the good work. Thank you all at Chick-fil-A as well.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten. I consider it a treat to go here and this experience was anything but. The fries were soggy and lukewarm. They tasted like they’d been sitting there for an hour. The sandwich had the thinnest chicken breast I’ve ever seen and it didn’t fill up the bun. I’m used to large, plump, and delicious chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-A so this was a huge let down. Plus I ordered extra pickles and there were a total of 4 sorry looking pickles- basically one more than they usually put.I also asked them to please break a $20 for me so I didn’t have to go buy something somewhere else to get change. They said they couldn’t. The young man at the window was nice, but his manager said no. It’s not like I was some random person coming in off the street. I paid $10 for a meal for one so how hard would it be to give me a ten and two fives while the drawer was open? A bit ridiculous and not very good customer service in my opinion, which is not what I expect at all from this company. There’s lots of other places to eat around here so I doubt I will try this location again. Very disappointing.
I am in love with this location, no matter the time of day their staff is ALWAYS so incredible.Today I decided to try out dine-in and order from the ap from my table. OMG, it was way too easy and just the most relaxing experience. I let my kiddo run and play in the play place while I watched her and ordered right from my table! They bring your food straight to you and you didn’t even have to wait in line with an impatient kiddo whose goal is just to hit the slides! I am the most grateful they opened the play place and the dining area. The staff was walking around and cleaning as they’ve always done. Once I received my food, I literally sat and savored the moment with my waffle fries, pure love!So yes, give this location some love whether it’s drive-thru or dine-in. They’re the best one in the area as far as I’m concerned, maybe I’m just saying that because they’re the only ones with the play place open. But that’s how it goes :)
