The best Philly Cheese Steaks ever. The employees are the bomb ❤️Always on top of it? So dang friendly I love it. They just keep me coming back. I go to the one on White Settlement in Fort Worth and I drive from Springtown to to eat here

Well the first time I tried this place I ordered off Uber, I believe. I liked it. Then today I went there and after waiting 30min for my to go order! When I got there they were at 11 and I was 14 with 5 people working it still took 30 min. I got home and my order was wrong and cold. Cheese-sticks were hard, I guess Bc they were cold. I live just a mile away I had a conversation at length at how I didn’t want bell peppers when I ordered what did I get yep bell peppers and no mushrooms!! Cheesesteak sandwiches are so much better with mushrooms. They have good food and good portions I just was amazed at the wait and not getting my order right. There wasn’t a lot of customers so not sure why she didn’t get my order right. I’m just disappointed about spending $20 for a meal that was so disappointing. I may go back but it will be awhile.4/25/22In response to Charley’s response I don’t have a receipt I don’t keep receipts for fast food.
They've got good food and it's always consistent no matter who is cooking.(which definitely matters) Usually a line but it moves quickly, normally in and out in 15 minutes for take out.
Ordered online and arrived within 10 minutes and was greeted by a smile (mask of course). Told them my name and was immediately handed a hot and ready delicious traditional cheesesteak and fries. Not the best cheesesteak I've had but ranked top 3.Knocked it out of the park tonight with good hot food and friendly prompt service!
The service at this spot was amazing. The cashier was considerate of the amount of ice he placed in the cups by asking the patrons how much ice they would like.My food was hot and fresh.I ordered a Chicken Philly topped with all the fixings including jalapeños (because what is a sandwich w/o the jalapeños?) and the ranch cheese & bacon fries.A coworker and I came here on our breaks. It was the first time I have been to this particular one. We did not have a long wait.I will definitely come back again.
Charley's is a great experience for me .. love the Atmosphere, and the lemonade is great.. one great shout out to one of the employees Elijah, who has great customer service. Thanks Bru!!!
Not a bad sandwich, fast friendly staff. Kinda pricey, $18.25 for a large philly, loaded fries and drink.
1st timer walked in ordered staff was nice and busy, food was good lemonade ? A1 in my book!!!
Second time at this location. When I selected the item I wanted the cashier ask if I wanted the onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and cheese I said yes then ask if I wanted the tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and pickles I said no. Sandwich ended up with just meat and cheese! I caught it the first time and thought it would be correct this time but was not?
