We were here for lunch and it’s our first time trying this steak restaurant and it was so good. All their steaks are cooked in charcoal and i love it so much. I had French fries with my steak and that was okay since I’m not a potato fan. Salad is perfect portion and the rolls are good too. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a great place for a group of friends to go out for dinner. The service was wonderful. The food was quite good.Very high quality steaks! Wonderful wine list at a reasonable price.

The service is ok. I was expecting more color and flavor but its good. I will rate the steak “ filet mignon” 0 to 10: 8. The salad was very basic and the potato was not the beat either. Overall the place has great decor and the service is a little pushy for me.

William was our Steak Chef, excellent. Crystal was our Server, she explained menu and help with our selections, kept our drinks full! This was the shortest wait of all the Steak houses in Area, about 30 minutes. Place is huge inside, deceiving from entry. Can be noisy, expect it, especially when you are surrounded by Bachelorette party! Great old photos on walls. Take some time to walk around and explore the history of area. Delicious Steak, all types, perfectly cooked.

We enjoyed excellent meals at the Cattlemen’s that included a filet and grilled chicken breast. My 8 oz, filet (medium) was thick and juicy and melted in my mouth. The chicken breast was also very well presented. Both included delicious sides, salads, and fresh baked warm rolls.

Found this place whilst having a day at the stockyards, really superb, only had a starter and a sweet as so much food, ribs, chicken were excellent, staff super friendly and helpful, excellent value and a little quieter than down in the stockyard main area . Highly recommend it.

Come hungry!! Food here was excellent. The bread was amazing!!! I had Country fried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes & salad. I only ate a few bites of salad to have room for my meal and its a good thing! The portion was huge. My sons steak was perfectly cooked & seasoned well, but not over powering. Our waitress was friendly and checked in with us multiple times. Will be back next time I am in the area. Well worth the cost.

We ordered Kansas City strip steaks. Unfortunately my wife's steak was over cooked. I told the waitress by pointing to the cut up steak it is over cooked. Without question she took steak by to the cook and showed him the steak. He immediately put a new steak on the open flamed pit which I can see from my table. Wow the steaks were very tender, juicy and were just unbelievable flavorful. I highly recommend this steak house.

December 2021First time in Fort Worth, chose this restaurant after enjoying stockyards. The meal was delicious. I ordered the Cesar salad.. very good not dry, the baked potato was large with plenty of toppings and the steak was medium rare like I ordered and did not need sauce.. had a delicious cooked in flavor. Very nice dining experience. Loved the atmosphere and history. Great location.

This is NOT a comprehensive review of this establishment! I have not had the pleasure of starting a full 3 course meal in their restaurant here. But I've been to the bar several times. And March 2022 a friend offered me the Man food of Texas, calf fries. You don't know what it is? Well, I did but I've never tried them before. On the plate they look bit like chicken nuggets, but it's actually deep fried testicklels, not Kentucky Fried Chicken. The taste? Nothing special, but you feel you have made the grade ?. I went right across the street and bought a great, black cowboy hat at Maverick's ?
