This was my first time here. They make their Reubens without the sauce, but they make their own bread. Loved the food. Coconut pie was homemade. Best I ever had.

OMG! I now see what all the fuss was about. Delicious sandwiches and soup! Nostalgic candy. Beautiful pies which there's no room for unless you split a sandwich and are really, really hungry. Service is good, will definitely help be back.

Great family restaurant. The waitstaff is always great and especially helpful with our rowdy toddler. Always delicious-share a dessert. You will not regret it. Recommend: split pea soup, specialty sandwiches, sweet tea, all the pies, mix and match salad plate with a toasted bagel.

Reuben and the Rachel sandwiches were fantastic.Reuben I went half pastrami have corned beef .... both very good. My Preference was the corned beef which they make on sight. The Rachel was really something. Impressive subtle flavors....Potato salad was ok not my favorite style/recipe.... So subjective with potato salad.Be warned...... They don't put Russian dressing on so of you are a fan request.... Same with other sandwiches if you like mayo or spice brown let the know when you order.Sign of a good sandwich we didn't need Russian for either the Rachel or Reuben to be a good sandwich.Friendly but very busy as any good restaurant/deli will be at lunch.

A truly legitimate Jewish deli, everything is fresh, homemade, and delicious. The specialty sandwiches are not something you will find anywhere else and are worth trying. The classic Reuben has great flavor if not a little skimpy on the amount of meat. The homemade pies are a must-try.

A jem of Fort Worth. Get the Rebecca every time and service is fantastic. When your done with lunch bring a sandwich back to your boss it will go well with you!

This is an old school deli is the absolute best way possible. Simple menu and it’s homemade and delicious. Best corned beef sandwich in DFW and rivals what you’d find in NYC. Family owned and caring staff ensures a great meal. The decor hasn’t changed in 50 years but neither has the quality of the food. Don’t let the non descript surroundings keep you from this institution.

This place has been around since 1928 that says something. My wife took me here and the service and food was very good. The server was very attentive. I had the open face turkey sandwich on a biscuit type bread very good. My wife had the Rueben and loved it with corn beef. And the strawberry delight was very delightful. Don’t miss that. It is amazing served cold awesome on a summer day.

Rebecca sandwich was delicious. I little bit too heavy on the cream cheese and a extra bread in the sandwich was a little too much for me but still delicious and filling. The strawberry dessert was delicious ?

040422 The corned beef sandwiches are to live for but the list of traditional Jewish Deli items aren't found here. I'm grateful for the matzo ball soup; it is ok. I'm from Chicago where the culinary scene is electric, so the level of delight I look for is often missing. Still, when I asked if other items like kreplach and kenish might ever be found there, perhaps as a periodic feature of some kind, the conversation became a very short one. The lady was most likely busy toward the end of the day and all.
