Really enjoyed new menu. The swordfish was excellent. Only thing better than the food was our waiter Dan. Dan really made the meal that much more enjoyable, and even helped get us information regarding movie ticket times. The noise from first Friday at the modern was a little intense, but we were given a nice table far from the noise. Note, concrete and glass materials combined with high ceilings are excellent visually, but horrible acoustically.

As always, the staff at Cafe Modern offers the highest quality of cuisine and service. Their attention to detail offers the best possible dining experience for a very reasonable price. We are never disappointed.
Seth was our waiter and he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave good recommendations. We had a table by the window looking out over a vast reflection pool. The evening was wonderful.
Always delicious! We had the cold borsch soup which was refreshing with the watermelon juices and with a touch of hot spice. For dessert we shared the sâmores tart which was amazing. The presentation was like art - too pretty to eat but the flavors were perfect deep dark chocolate with a smoked marshmallow finish and caramelized black and white macaroon. The service was exemplary with the perfect amount of attentiveness and privacy. Highly recommend!!!
I came with a friend for lunch and the exhibit. Delightful summer menu . I had Tomato, Peach and Panzanella salad, and Gazpacho both delicious! My friend had Burrata salad with peach mostarda with grilled toast and arugula salad, Excellent as well. Wish I could have had wine but it was luncð
Very slow getting food High prices for the amount served
This place is normally outstanding. Done with appetizers waited waited finely asked a server walk by. She went back and brought them out. Mostly cold and had likely hung out under a heat lamp for a while. Servers having an off day. It happens but at this price point?
