I have eaten at this location several times and also ordered take out. This is a different burger experience. The food was a surprisingly good. The service was good. The staff was not the friendliest or most knowledgeable. The prices were high in my opinion. I certainly recommend the in dine experience over take out, as the food is better right away. It is worth a try if you have never been before!

When your “Green Style” burger is more brown than green. Last few times we’ve been in this location there have been only kids working, no adult supervision. And the quality has been going downhill each time. Kids are fine if they have pride in doing a good job and producing a good product. Brown lettuce like this is either poor training, lack of pride, or both. Come on - you can do better than this!
So I first had BurgerFi in Ft. Lauderdale. I loved it so much I hopes Dallas would get one. Well we finally got one and while not as good for some odd reason, still top of the line. The Beyond burger is great as is any of the traditional burgers. The brand stamp looks better in person.

The burgers were good, but greasy and we were waiting for our food a long time. No one was in there, most ppl picked up their food. The fries were cold and greasy. It was very expensive and l expected more. Nothing was on the burger nor were we informed that would be the case. No mayo no mustard. It was our date night meal. Over $30.00 for 2 burgers 1 fry and one onion ring. A total bust. We ate at Burger Fi in Florida, we knew it would be expensive but good. The burgers were good but why so greasy? The fries cold and greasy. Never again.
So disappointing. Burgerfi is our favorite place in FL, so we got excited seeing it in TX. Place was empty when we arrived, which should have been the first sign. The cashier, Ashley, looked miserable to be there. We asked how big the large fry was and she said the size of of pan, so we ordered the large to share 3 ways. Food came and we got a small fry, I went back and told her that my size was wrong and she said that is the large, I said that’s not the size of the pan, she huffed and said I’ll get you another fry it’s fine and walked away, she then started yelling at the kitchen staff over another order. The manger then came out to deal with the issues. I told him I had no problem paying for another order. He was nice and said he was getting another order on the house and to sit down. None of our burgers were hot, cheese wasn’t even melted and I wasn’t going to complain again. My daughter ordered the Oreo concrete, which was just a scoop of ice cream with 4 wafers thrown on top. Biggest waste of $50 ever spent.
Great burgers. Kinda small but worth the price! Absolutely FANTASTIC flavors and choices. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!
The burgers are good. Average fair. Kind of up there in price, 5 of us and 1 kid and we hit 130 dollars. If you want to get the custard go to Andy's. That was very disappointing. I don't expect it to look exactly like the picture but I did expect something more than a little custard and 3 broken oreos.
Unfortunately the food here was not up to the price. Burgers were greasy which soaked part way through the bun and the cheese was bland (pictures reflect takeout). Surprisingly, the vegan burgers tasted better than the meat and cheese burgers. The family fries were the saving grace to the overall order and the dine in experience is very clean.
