I come here for UFC fights. I come in, the hostess looks at me, says nothing. I look around, it's relatively full. I look to my left at a raised seating area, I ask if I can sit over there. The hostess nods. Not a single word. I go sit. I watch the entire Shevchenko fight. No waiter/waitress says a single word to me. I scoot my little table loudly enough for patrons and staff to hear. I am not rude. I just scoot it. The staff sees me. They look directly at me. The waitress with long blonde hair looks at me...right at me...goes to her station and sips water. I am thirsty, but by this time, I am curious to see what will happen and how long it will take for someone to say anything. UFC is on so I will be entertained. I sit throught the entire Championship fight between Texiera and Prochazka. I make eye contact. I cheer. I try to get attention. NOT. A WORD. By this time i had been here close to 2 hours. Not a "Hello" or a "Do you need anything" or "Are you homeless" (I am not...it's called levity). NOTHING. A couple comes in and sits down in the same area I sit. The waiter...maybe evening manager...comes by and serves them. THAT'S NICE. I will come here again...it's the only close place that shows UFC close to me where I can get a seat. Maybe I'll bring my own drinks and snacks, next time.
It was ok. The food was good but the server was new and could tell she was having a hard time and doesn't know the menu. My boss is very picky and ordered the regular buffalo wings and they came out dry, with no sauce. It's was fine tho we just asked for or sauce and ate. I had a bacon burger and it was tasty. I just think they need help on knowing the menu better. I was a server and a manager for over 20 years so I get the grind totally. Overall I recommend this place just make sure you verify they know what your ordering once you get the food you should be good
Y’all have finally lost me as a customer. Over the last year I’ve given this place opportunity after opportunity. I arrived today for take out. I showed up inside at 4:15. No food on the rack with my name. No big deal. It’s supposed to be done at 4:20. 4:30 rolls around. Food finally comes from the back. I’m not too upset because I expect it to be hot, fresh from the fryer. Well due to the past experiences I’ve had from this place(missing food, cold, pretty much anything that could go wrong with ordering food has here). I check the food when I get to my car. It’s lukewarm at best, soggy and stale. Cool. Thank you again for reminding and truly sinking it in to never come back. This was the most staff I’ve seen here yet, there was maybe twenty people as customers. Mostly around the bar. Staff sitting down. I ordered ten wings and fries. The forty minute wait for piss poor food isn’t ok.
?????????????Worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life yesterday April 21. We usually get wings every week but last night something was definitely up with them. We all ate wings and we woke up sick. We were throwing up all night and day. My kids didn’t even go to school, and my husband didn’t go to work they couldn’t even get up without feeling nauseous. We had to go to the hospital because we felt horrible. They usually eat really enjoy these wings but after this I don’t think if we’ll be returning. They were also really dry and hard definitely something wrong with the wings last night. We’ve been trying to contact the restaurant and they just won’t answer so we had to say something on here. ???????????????
We go bc we like our wings and beer weekday escapade. But unfortunately this location always seems understaffed. It was pretty obvious tonight with the condition of the restrooms. Food was Ok, what we expected, but place dirty. Hope they improve
This restaurant has the worst food and service you can expect. There is no excuse for the rude staff. The size of the wings are ridiculous(see the photo). I came here for the last 2 years, but it has drastically declined. Checken tenders are rubber and JUNK! Ordered wings, rest of the table got theirs, 25 minutes later after I asked I INSTANTLY got my cold wings. Pretty sure no one cares. Do yourself a favor. Go to the frozen section at Walmart. Pretty sure they do
We came in and were never greeted by our waitress. After about 10 minutes 4 guys walked in and they were immediately greeted and had their orders taken. We then asked the bartender if she by chance knew who our server was they pointed at the woman who was helping the 4 guys. We then explained our situation (the bar tender was helpful thankfully) she told us that the woman was our server and she would be helping us. Our server never came by once even though she continually made eye contact with us and avoided us. I'm not sure why we were treated this way and thankfully the female bartender ended up stepping up to help us after 20 minutes of waiting. Also the restaurant was basically empty.
Probably the smallest BWW in the world. Sat out party of 9 at two separate tables. Once the big table was free, they immediately gave it to a party of 7 when they arrived. Cool, whatever. Took an hour to get our food. It took our server 3 reminders for a beer and napkins. Once those arrived, we were all done with our food and looked like a hot mess with dirty hands. Saw a table of 6 arrive but then left because he took ages to get to them. Table next to us is currently complaining as well. Only gave it 2 stars because the sandwich was pretty good. Probably won't be returning to this location.Edited to add - he only had 4 tables.
Overall, we enjoy coming here. On our most recent visit, it would have been nice if the nachos had more toppings. We were left with a full layer of dry chips on the tray after we'd eaten the top layer.
They were out of several menu items and lettuce of all things. My coworker was given the wrong order. The correct order was brought to her and the food was cold. I was given the wrong order as well. Two other coworkers had raw wings. Most likely won't be revisiting.
