5 ⭐️ to this location. This place has turned around immensely. For the longest time I was never happy with their service always got my order wrong and took forever. Now my order is never wrong they're quick to get my stuff out on time. And the cherry on top of the Sunday was the girl called me to make sure I had my 2 sauce bottles because she forgot and to make I got them, that is amazing.
I don't recommend takeout. Way too expensive for what it is. Don't bother with boneless wings because they're the size of chicken nuggets and weren't even completely covered in sauce. They charge an extra dollar for takeout and also have the nerve to prompt for a tip. Tell me how that makes sense. Corporate greed at it's finest.Also, the place is filthy. Front glass doors were covered in handprints. Gives a great impression of the cleanliness of the restaurant you're about to eat at.
Extremely hit or miss. Sometimes I am impressed with how good the food is, and other times its a complete disaster. Not really sure what determines if I'm going to receive wings with adequate sauce, or the side of ranch that I ordered. There are some pics for reference. I'm pretty sure they recently had a campaign saying how they refreshed their boneless wings to be bigger and tastier. Definitely not the case. Glad Pluckers and Wing Stop are relatively close by.
It's pretty irritating to get an order from them and the box have the correct order on it but then you open it and it's only half the wings you ordered. I get mistakes are made but how do you miss a sticker that says 20 and then only put 10 in the box with that sticker on it? Ended up just giving the order to the GF to eat rather than us splitting it. Also paid for extra sauce, wasn't in there as well.
We had a great experience here, our waiter, Sara, was very courteous and helpful. We had a little bit longer than usual wait for our wings and then they came out with minimal amounts of sauce on them, but overall we had a good time
The best part of our visit was our waitress Jojo. She was the sweetest and on top of her game. My mother and I brought 12 teenage boys in there for my sons birthday after paintball. Jojo I know you don't know me. But God has something special for you. You were the light of our day.Thank you so much Jojo!
I hate even leaving a review but feel that the rating for this restaurant is way too high. Literally every time I’ve visited this establishment, I’ve received a messed up order. I would leave zero stars if it were an option. I decided to have Uber Eats deliver which was a mistake since the drivers cannot check the order for accuracy. The restaurant forgot portions of the order and sent the wrong style wings. The correct portion of the order had cold chewy sections in the center of the boneless wings. When I called the restaurant to advise them, they acted as if I wronged them by even daring to call. BWW is notorious for terrible service but this is the final straw with me.
My son's burger came out in a timely manner. My buffalo chicken sandwich came out 20 minutes later.
Always good for games but the last time the boneless wings seemed like that had been cooked earlier and tossed in sauce. Too cool to the touch to be fresh. Usually very hot. We love kinzie the bartender she is very attentive. Pretty good place but bar is the best place looks messy in the dining room and heard a few people complain about the slow servers. Still going and always sit at the bar.
Horrible. Already reviewed on Google and Yelp too. Don’t go here. At least to this location.
