I think their website has more updated hours could be wrong. Have spent many a Saturday trying to come here and finally the stars aligned. Got here a few minutes before opening and stood in a short line. If the sun's out bring a hat. They had complimentary beers today. Seating limited but we did Togo anyways. The smoke stream is awesome and everything is prepared with care. We got Togo order of tour de brix set us back about 52 bucks? Came with 2 beef cheek tacos, 1/2lb brisket, 1/2 ribs, 1/4 burnt ends, one sausage link. We got elote and the tallow beans. Everything tasted great and I'm in love with the tacos. Come check this hidden gem out or don't because more for me.

I consider myself a BBQ connoisseur and have tried a lot of BBQ places in the DFW area. In my opinion, this place beats out Goldee’s and Panther city (which are ranked #1 and #9 respectively on Texas Monthly top BBQ places in Texas.).Come try it and I bet you it won’t be the only time you come visit.

It is literally a tin can on a side street. I was concerned but We 1200+ reviews read and had to try it, the brisket was the best beef I have ever had, the sides were fanatic and they offered complimentary drinks. If I lived in Fort Worth I would be there every day. The staff was excellent as well.

Best brisket on earth. No cap

Great place that’s the best BBQ around.

Writing this post food coma & it’s a pleasure to write about our 1st time at Brix. As an avid bbq fan, it was like meeting your idol- maybe it’s best not to meet them bc they won’t meet up to your expectations & it’s better to admire them from afar…But we’re talking about food so finally we held off on Sat. breakfast in anticipation of a lunch feast.Boy oh boy! Brix exceeded expectations! We were somehow first in line ~10:30, were enthusiastically greeted & explained the mouthwatering specials. Idk what it is about waiting in line for food-must be bbq kinship-but everyone is so nice & jovial. The owner was genuinely friendly, asked about our puppers & even got him a brisket sample. Right before opening, he came around with HopFusion beers. I mean, could this place BE any more awesome?!We tried the Tour de Brix w/fatty brisket, chicken sando, the best cornbread & a unique take on brisket chowder (absolutely the bomb!) Bbq is one of the best parts of living in FW & Brix is bbq at its finest!

Super friendly, free beer. Ribs were on point, burnt ends and jalapeño cheddar sausage phenomenal! Can’t wait to get back and try the hot chicken!

They serve some of the best Que in the area! Great welcome staff and consistent high quality!

Their food is top notch. All their proteins and sides are phenomenal. Very creative menu, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Came here to try out some good Texas BBQ and was not disappointed. The flavor profiles are on point we tried “The tour de Brix” to have a little bit of everything. And it was amazing, cute little spot with enormous flavor and friendly service. Can’t beat that!?
