This is my 2nd time going there with my children. The level of service was absolutely horrible as the first time. We are all different and if treating ppl differently makes your organization grow. Go for it! Just beware it's not nice. It was such a disappointment to see the level of customer service we received. I will have to take my business somewhere else.
FASTEST, TASTIEST BURGER ON THE WEST SIDE!When I saw the line at the drive-thru I thought "oh no", but now I know WHY there's a line. First of all, the guy that man's the mic (Hanif!) is a total pro. Always gets it right, and quickly! There were 4 or 5 cars in front of me when I ordered. After paying, there was ONE! This crew seriously pumps out some to go orders. I was shocked and delighted and I told them so. The Sonic down the street could learn something from these people! My order was waiting at the second window. The bacon cheese burger sans tomato and pickles was delicious, and the fries were "burn your mouth hot".Y'all just made a burger lover outta me! Thanks!
Use to be my favorite spot!My daughter and I Love the sherbet freeze, we get one at least twice a week. Today ended that ☹️, when I returned an order because it tasted like carbonate water. After having the manager taste the simple syrup, the lady poured the remaining syrup into the cup she intended to give me, when I brought it to her attention she discarded the cup but proceeded to remake my order without using gloves. If you’ve ever been to Braum’s you know they wear gloves to get iice cream and this lady did not. When I brought it to the manager’s attention he was unbothered so I chose the refund and find a more location route.
It's Braums. You can't go wrong with ice cream from here. Last week we went there and got burgers. They were very good too.The kids behind the counter were a little rowdy and loud, but at least they are having fun at work.
Was told we had to wait 8 minutes for them to open lunch menu. We were literally inside, they could have made lunch menu items but just the laziness in employees these days. Other than that seemed fine. Any other restaurant that I have been too would have just made the items we asked for instead of acting like they have to follow the exact rule aboit lunch time. It's just ridiculous.
Yummy ice cream, love the variety. The server was very pleasant & the environment was clean & nice to sit in. Busy but not toooo busy!!
The food is always great and the staff has been very friendly and patient every time we have gone to this location. I couldn't recommend this place more.
I love their food ice cream and this location in particular but they actually were off this day barely filled my cone with yogurt when it was brought to me even the employee looked at as if it had a mole and with my food they are usually pretty consistent and polite so I didn't complain
Always clean and always get out orders right. The staff is friendly and do there Best to server You quickly. But this is a popular place so be parient if You come dueing a rush
