This location provided the worst experience we have ever had at a Braum’s. We went in 10 minutes before breakfast ended but wanted to order lunch. The cashier told us we would have to wait. Ok, it wasn’t like it was an hour early but ok. We waited the 10 minutes and got back in line. When I get to the register and start to order the cashier makes it a point to look at the time. It was 10:35 at this point so he was like ok, what would you like? Simple order, 2 combos with no tomato. Easy right? For some reason that simple order took over 20 mins to get and to make matters worse the fries were not even hot?! The attitude from the employee when we got our food just added to my disappointment. There was no “sorry for the wait” or “thank you” or anything.
Visited this place yesterday for the 1st time. Upon our arrival this location seemed to be pretty busy at the drive thru so we decided to go inside. As we entered lighting was good but the layout was different. We walked up to the counter to order our food. It took a little while before anyone said or decided to take our order. Employees were either working hard or just walking back and forth not doing anything. I guess the manager then unlocked the cash register and took our order. It seemed like he was doing double duty on dine in side and the drive thru. We went to sit at a table that was not cleaned but it was cleaner than the others that we looked at. I noticed that cleaning supplies were out along with trash bags so I cleaned the table myself. We received our order and food was ok but not to Braums normal standards. Besides the order being incorrect I wasn't about to stand in the line that grew 5 fold after we had placed our order. If the manager would manage and direct his employees, I'm sure that would help. During our meal one employees came out to clean a table. She stayed cleaning that same table during our entire meal. Yes, one table but at least she was doing something. This location needs help or direction.
I ordered a dbl cheese burger. Just one slice of cheese instead of two (it’s in the name)The meat itself was burned and leathery, and prolly left to dry out all day.It used to have better burgers.(Edit: photo added)
Hadn’t been in a while before today, I tried the new aloha burger and got a shake And a limeade. My fries were SUPERB. Hot, crispy and delicious. The burger I didn’t like so much. The pineapple and the sauce made the whole burger kind of a sloppy mess.The service was great though. Everyone was friendly and on their job. I’d definitely go back… not getting that aloha burger ever again though lol
Even though the ice-cream looked terrible (rookie style), it was absolutely delicious, LOL :) the best part of the experience was the outstanding customer service. The young black girl smiled all the time, she recommended her favorite flavors and she sincerely was happy at providing us 5 star rating customer service. This girl is absolutely an asset and worthy of praise. Wish I remembered her name so your manager could recognize her accomplishments. I will definitely be back and will recommend customers to this place. Great job!
This place usually has great customer service and food. They always give you everything you need when driving through and I love being able to shop for milk. I also really like the milk here much better for some reason it just seems to taste better. By the way the service at the sonic next door sucks so avoid it and just enjoy this nice place.
The breakfast was off the last time I went. I love their sausage but everything tasted burnt and like it was fay old grease. I'm not sure why but my feelings were a bit hurt. I liked I could run in and get some produce when needed cause I don't like the grocery store nearby.
It's 15 minutes until 10 I asked for a hot cup of coffee and they said they're out of coffee because they do not want to make it for me. I can see them in there cleaning up. As I pulled up to the drive-thru I ask for the manager she told me she does not make coffee at this time because the rest of it will go to waste I've never been treated like that at Mom's before and I'm very very surprised and I need someone to get back to me please. I am the manager at Jack-in-the-Box and we all know that these restaurants are big and bad enough to make a customer a cup of hot coffee
The ice cream was good, service was ok. One of the girls making the ice cream cups didn't have on gloves. I used to frequent this location, so maybe an off day or just that employee because their customer service was always good.
Made my burger wrong, then had a deep voice and an attitude for such a small person. I drove BACK for my burger. It's called Humility and Empathy for making a mistake. Don't get mad and dismissive when you messed up!! Yay Internet!!
