The ice cream is good of course, but the place is a bit old. No problems really it’s just your generic Braums. ?Don’t know what to get? Peanut butter cup and butter pecan are both amazing. ?
This place is getting bad about getting your order right. I’ve gone 3 times in the last few months and each time they forgot the bacon in my burger, it is literally what makes the burger. Also they obviously don’t keep an eye on the limeade mix because it’s usually just sour instead of sweet. My order from today didn’t have bacon and the line was so long that I just ate my food without it but this is literally the 3rd time…
I love Braum's but my experience at this location was a nightmare. They need to get the drive thru act together. Waited over half an hour and then my order was wrong. Also there's this pointless yellow pillar by the menu and I now have car damage from it. My wheels never left the road yet still my car hit this thing that's way too close to the curb at a sharp turn. The pillar has plenty of paint damage so I'm sure I'm not the first to get into battle with it. Most expensive ice cream trip I'll ever take.
I love Braums. I wish they would start serving gluten free buns and possibly even vegan ice cream one day. Their burgers are so good though that I don't need the bun. The fries are usually always perfectly crisp and decently salted. My grandma is in love with the banana splits, she eats them for me since I can't enjoy them, but she loves them for herself.
Had the birthday cake sundae. The birthday cake icecream was delish! However the cupcake tasted cheap, like the cupcakes you buy in a grocery store. Additionally, it's hard to get out due to the entrance/exit located on the I-35 service road so don't go during rush hour, nobody let's you out?
My experience was horrible. We were not allowed to choose what type of ice-cream or toppings we wanted on our Sundays. We were not allowed time to explore the options.They are more worried about pushing customers through the line than providing a good customer experience.
Ordered me the new banana nut cheese cake sundae. It was excellent. Tasted awesome. I don't eat ice cream often and it was nice to enjoy something new.
Very good ice cream burgers are decent the chicken sandwich I don't recommend it was a bit dry and thin. We love fries with our ice cream and my kiddos enjoy it.
Think Dairy Queen style place, but with a small convenience store attached. Good food. Decent prices. Friendly staff.
The price and quantity were great. The ice cream was better than most other places. This is banana split. The banana on the bottom wasn’t fully ripe.The employees were nice. I would go again.
