I went inside Braum's last night to get 2 dips of lime sherbet on a cake cone for my granddaughter. The black guy that was working on the front did an excellent job of taking care of every customer as expeditiously as possible. He dipped the ice cream and ran the register and was so well mannered. Proud of you, keep up the great work ethic!
A couple months ago there was a mistake with my order overnight the next morning I came in the manager made sure to make me feel like a valued customer and replaced my order ( management was african american, and had little no no hair) My apologies for forgetting your name sir but thank you !!!!
Really like the Dairy store, very convenient access to groceries. It's small (convenient) but has a lot of essentials to cook at home. And there's always a good burger and ice cream if you don't want to cook
After going to the local Kroger this evening, I decided to go to Braum’s for dinner. Because I had groceries in the car I chose the Drive Thru…. WHAT A MISTAKE!! I pulled up there were 5 cars in front of me and 3 or 4 having already ordered in line. I waited 25 minutes to get to the menu. I ordered 2 Number 1 combos, 1 with diet and the other with regular coke (Nothing Special). Another 10 minutes I make it to the window. I pay for my order $14.92, am handed my drinks and am asked to pull forward….My receipt was printed at 8:10 pm, and I received my order at 8:26 pm. 41 minutes from start to finish for 2 burgers fries and cokes. The staff was rude at the window, and the girl who finally brought my order out to me practically threw my wadded up bag at me and turned and left without saying a thing! As I pulled away, I grabbed a fry, it was cold and hard!Need I say more? They are slow, the food quality is very bad, and customer service is non-exsistant! It had been awhile since my last trip to Braum’s, and it was in Arlington on Park Row. Their service was slow, but everything else was acceptable. I attempted to call the store tonight on my drive home 4 times. No answer. I will try again tomorrow. $15 on food that was too cold to enjoy, on top of the way I was treated…. I want to make sure the manager is made aware…. Even though, my expectations for any acccountability is extremely low, it is worth letting them know, that they have managed to lose at least a dozen people I know as a customer for life. Wish you well if you decide to Risk your money at this Braum’s.
This was a nice braums. Carl the young man who served us did a very good job even though he hadn't even been there not even two weeks. Great fresh fries. The manager was very helpful and it was great. Thanks Braum's
It used to be great but with the new staff it's awful. Hockey puck biscuits and rubber sausage disc's. Had them remake it but it wasn't any better.
First time at this location. I should've gone to my usual place instead! All we wanted was 2 banana fudge sundaes. Ashley took our order but didn't have a clue what I asked for so I pulled off the decal picture to show her but she still got all flustered even with y picture.? She wanted me to tell her how to put it together.The "shitf manager" Maddy came by and grabbed the decal and put it back on the display and snapped at me and said that Ashley was new.Instead of aSsuming her role and teaching Ashley, Maddy got MAD at me and kept giving me snide looks.Ashley came back and asked us how to do the 2nd Banana Fudge Sundae.. REALLY??She made a mess with them and the Maddy was too busy to help but not too busy to let her attitude show. Oh, but Maddy DID tell Ashley to charge us extra for the pecans!! OMG. PETTY!! Some kids think a Title means they've made it to the top, while never really figuring out that a title makes them look incompetent when they act so defensive and immature. Maddy has a long way to go and anyone working with her is really working UNDER her for her to act important but not doing the job right. She saw me looking at her and even waved her hand at me yelling "What!" All the way from the serving area to the table where I was sitting. WOW. Sad. No no place of business here. ?
What a fast service. I went to drive thru the cashier was kind and allowed me 2 minutes to decide my order then I ordered and she gave me drinks and straws and asked me to pull up to wait for food to be brought out. If In going to gave to wait I rather wait like this.
It's ok, I think I just need to stop eating out. I'm starting to question a lot of these restaurants and their cleanliness, at least the fast food joints.
They were very busy, but made sure we were greeted AND was very friendly! One clerk was walking around making sure that everyone was happy. Nice experience
