6-29-2022 Went through drive through today and ordered Sundae and small cone. Sat in line for almost 20 minutes. Apparently they had a difficult order but did not ask them to move to a holding spot. Once that cleared the line moved quickly. I suggested to the person at the takeout window that they should have asked the difficult order to move to a holding spot. In turn he asked me to move and stop holding up the line.Went inside to see the manager and a young lady with attitude appeared amongst other things letting me know I was an old fogy that didn't know how things were in this modern world. I think a bunch of us Old folks need to show up and teach the employees some respect for their customers.
6/7/[email protected]:55pm. Ask for yogurt in a cup. Lady at drive thur handed me a cup over filled, dripping down the sides and on me, plastic lid sitting on top an inch of yogurt. Ask for a new one. She took my cup back- knocked some yogurt off the top with God knows what, swiped the cup & lid off with with a bunch of napkins and tried to hand it back. I ask for a new one, "sorry but this one has just been handled to much and I don't want a sticky cup". First lady gave me a dirty look and walked away, handing my cup to another lady. Second lady ask me what my problem was, took my cup from first lady and started swiping it off with a gob of napkins just like the first lady was doing. I politely ask, can I just get a new one made. She told me, " I can guarantee you not sticky!" She said , "I can give you a whole new lid". I smiled & said "you are kidding me, right?". I actually thought she was kidding. Nope, not kidding, refused to make a new one for me. Staff just could not understand - no one wants their food handled so much OR wants to eat food swiped with towels or napkins. I kindly said I didn't want to argue anymore and left without part of my order. After seeing how nasty my yogurt was handled, I threw away the part of my order they had already given me. I know it's a long, detailed review but I want everyone to read and understand how easily this situation could have been resolved for the price of a paper cup-- instead they lost a customer and got this review ?
The store needs more employees. It takes too long to order a burger. But the folks that are here are wonderful. They are all willing to help and take care to make youFeel welcome ? I’m happy to see it.
I don't know why fast food restaurants think they can have someone take your order and take payment from the car in front of me at the same time They can't . This has happen multiple times. And no I'm not going to read your screen to make sure it's right. That's ya job. I'm sure glad I pay extra for a large sweet tea but got unsweeten next time just give me water.
Went through drive through last night ? for ice cream cones and shakes, and this Braums Team was Fast and Efficient with getting everyone thru the line, took about 3 minutes from order to pulling away with the goods. ?? And all was right with the World!
Great place to grab a quick bite or pick up a few groceries all at one place. Braum's has an amazing selection of ice cream and sherbet! They also have a few keto friendly options. Very convenient without the convenience store prices.
The young lady that waited on us was very nice and she was very quick to get out orders, and help us get in and out the food was hot. The food was really delicious, and I'm always at this location and I always be back.
It's a great location with awesome customer service, but you need to get to a certain time to get a nice ice cream serve, otherwise it'll be way too small.
Several of us ordered burgers, mine was wrong, not once, but twice, and they had nerves to get an attitude, I ordered a #5 with extra pickles, it comes with bacon. I opened the burger, no bacon, so I sent it back, then they gave the same "cold" burger with colder bacon, this time no pickles, I mean really, so I just asked for a couple of pickles on the side, cause clearly something as simple as extra pickles on a burger that already comes with bacon was a hard task for them.I don't Normally visit this location, I was in the area, love Braum, but I won't be stopping at this particular one, it was the "attitude" of the one who prepared the burger. Don't want anyone doing anything with my food that's not necessary. Back to my regular Braum.
I love Braum's it is a very nice place to go to. Great groceries great quality friendly staff keep up the good work thank you God bless
