The service is the same.....Everytime we have come the food service is very poor and orders are never correct. When we have asked to remake it it seems to up the kitchen supervisor.When I reported that the sweet tea was depleted and the coke was nothing but carbonated it seemed to annoy the employee. It's been a while now and nothing has been done about the drinks. Oh yes, there is only about 10 customers in the store and none noted in drive.
um 5 stars to the guy taking orders May 5th at 10pm. He was so much nicer than the rest of the staff there! We just got 2 fries and a milkshake but the fries were cold. the woman handed us the bag saying nothing and walking away from the window. The guy who took the order came back and asked us what was wrong, when we told him he asked up to pull to the front and bought us out fresh hot fries and apologized! He was taking orders already so the fact that he was nice enough to do it for us meant alot. It’s hard to find good customer service but im glad to know it’s nice people who care. It’s still fries but still!!!
I remembered there is a Fresh Market in this Braum's, so I went in for a couple of onions, some celery, and picked up a small "wholly guacamole."No checker at the cash register - in fact, no employees visible anywhere in the whole store. I waited a couple of minutes, then walked into the back room and surprised a lady washing dishes. She went up to the front with me and checked out my groceries. $12. I got home, thought that total sounded high, and realized they had charged me $5.49 for something I didn't purchase. Called the store. Three times. Finally answered and told me to come back for a refund. I went back. Same scene -- no employees in sight, had to yell until someone came out of hiding. Got my refund, but no "sorry" etc. When I finally got home again, discovered the celery was old and wilty when I tried to chop it. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE. EVER.
The lady Sasha is such a great Manager! She is always happy and smiling and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your order. I love this Braums. She’s the really pretty black girl with blonde locs and a big smile.
Their ice cream is always phenomenal and delicious! The place was very clean as usual, and the customer service was very nice and patient while I was looking at the menu for several minutes trying to figure out what I wanted to order. Their regular food (hamburgers, salads, etc) are not very good sadly but I don't normally go there for food, just ice cream. I highly recommend this Braums for anyone looking to get some ice cream. However, I don't recommend it for food like hamburgers and such. I'm giving this review 5 stars because of the clean and friendly environment and because their ice cream is always so amazing.
This place is clean, has great service, and adorable good food! The inside is beautiful as well!
We went and were waiting in the drive thru lane for a little over 5 minutes we get to the speaker to order and they would not take our order they said for faster easier service come inside said it twice with an attitude and the other employees started laughing. Incompetent people. Is it so hard to take an order through the drive thru.
We have never been there,but we met a nice couple there which made the visit more enjoyable. The ice cream was delicious and price was good too. We had such a good time there having ice cream and talking with the couple we're going to try and meet once a month. Good place to enjoy good ice cream and meet people. ????
This place has gone to trash. I stopped for breakfast 3 mornings in a row and the biscuits were too hard to eat. On my way home today I went in for some milk and the old woman talked to me with horrible attitude I didn't understand what she mumbled to me. I have severe hearing damage and it's hard to make out words. I'll probably just drive a little further to one that wants customers.
My best friend and I ordered the 4 piece chicken tender dinner. I probably got the equivalent of a small fry and my tenders were barely bigger than a chicken nugget. We were supposed to get a roll with it but did not and the food was not even hot. I'm usually very satisfied with their burgers so I'm very disappointed.
