Has anyone heard of lids? So people taking their ice cream toGo don’t spill it or can put it in the freezer for later or it doesn’t melt as quickly… come on. They rushed my bf as he was trying to ask for lids for the 4 containers of ice cream he bought. He’s too nice once he’s been passed over to say anything.This isn’t the first time either, only i was quickly told we don’t carry lids for our ice cream cup, window shut. Although i know thats false because i’ve worked for y’all before but also been given lids previous visits.I normally don’t do negative reviews, having worked in the food service industry for so long. However this location could really use a reVamp in more ways than one.The stars are simply for the ice-cream itself. Delicious
Fast and convenient. Waited 4 minutes max and the food was ready (3 meals). Employees were well manned, the dining room was clean and the dairy section was always full in stock. Definitely recommend to anyone near the hospital district.
The best non-handmade hamburger of a chain based in Texas. The winner is Braum's by far anywhere you go. However at this recent trip today things were a little different...I have my burger without cheese...so I noticed that the receipt had ALL burgers with cheese...(We are having a party and I was ordering for numerous people.The cook had already started to make the cheeseburger so all they did was rip off the cheese from the current burger so bits were left...UGHH.still in the the drive thru....the lady gave me attitude and told me that a burger without cheese was the same price.If it is...I didn't need the attitude...in the old days it WAS cheaper...so...anyways..... Braums will always have the best non-handmade murgers in texas but Kincaid's is the best handmade...no matter what.
I always get the number 1 combo. Hamburger without the cheese on a toasted bun, ? and a strawberry shake. The service is awesome and the food is fresh. They train their employees well. Thumbs up to Braum's.
My first time at a Braums and the shake was AWESOME! The fries were good but I was disappointed that they don't serve onion rings. Service was great even though they were busy.

I picked up my 4 items and stood at the register watching a table of 4 employees and not one could be bothered to help me. They looked right at me and said nothing. I put all 4 items back and I walked out. I will never go back there. The food and the service aren't worth it. Plenty of other places to spend your hard earned money.

Braum's Ice-Cream stores have the Best grocery items you can buy. They Always seem to have Awesome Sales on most of their items Everytime I visit.I can run in, get what I need and be back home in less than 10 minutes.Got to love it!
