I’m very upset with customer service I went thru drive thru and ordered a double ice cream sundae I asked for butter pecan as the ice cream and for my topping I want strawberry and chocolate i coke to this Braums very often and always order the same thing! I get to the window and they out saying they can’t do butter peacan cause the ice cream is frozen! But I send my sister in to just order a butter peacan cone and they have it! I’m very disappointed with them!!!!!!!!
3 time this week we tried to get frozen yogurt only to be told that the yogurt machine is down figure that there is a repair person somewhere I wouldn't want to miss out on profit. I was also told that I couldn't get a cherry limeade because none cut the limes. Other than that I enjoy Braums ice cream and what they are offer maybe just visit a different location.
We went through the drive-thru, but the food was fresh, hot enough & tasty. The burgers were fixed to our specifications. The staff were friendly. My only concern (& this can be explained away with any number of reasons) was that the employee taking our order seemed flustered and confused. So much that a manager had to step in and take over.
Most of our order was wrong. My husband ordered an Aloha burger (chicken instead of beef), and was given and charged for an entirely different thing, which was way more expensive (looked like a triple patty hamburger, it was huge). We ordered a hamburger no cheese for our son and were given a cheeseburger. We scraped the cheese off; as for my husband's burger they made him the correct burger the second time around and refunded the difference.
Took 23 min to get my order that i felt like i was in line waiting for a bucket of freshly cooked chicken ?. Not to mention i was on the window and there was a vehicle waaaaaay in front of the store waiting as well amd they forgot about them. I stop taking photos of the timer after 16 to 17minI would have left but they swipped my card already. It was not even crowded but the long line was the result of the slow service and oh yeah, they forgot my bacon in my burger ??????. They new crew working there is going to run this place to the ground. I blame management , please train your staff properly and never leave a fast food joint without management .
Hands down our best neighborhood ice cream place. Love the service and the cleanliness there.
Very long wait to order ice cream and meal items. Staff doesn't ask "how can I help you or even a hello" when someone finally serviced us. Ate ice cream at booth around 5:30pm. Floor was filthy and tables appeared to be not clean all day. Ice cream&food always good. But giving 4 stars due to lack of friendliness, wait time and lobby not clean.
This place has never disappointed and has never changed their recipe for good tasting food and shakes. I always recommend this place to everyone.
Drive thru is always packed, so don’t be shocked if your in line for a while. Food seems to come out good every time we stop by. Nothing really to wow you here it’s just a good quick stop for a burger and ice cream or shakes.
Good burgers, fair price. Love the ice cream cones. Only complaint is cheese is not an add on so if you don't want cheese you pay for it anyway
