First time doing order pick up.my husband in the hospital wanted Boston market and it was easy and very convenient and the food was good and hot.
I have no complaints!!! I love the tenderness of the rotisserie chicken! The spinach is so good that it has my 9 year old eating spinach now. The yam's taste like my late grandmother's ❤
the food is good but service is subpar at best. like they hired eeyore or lurch for drive thru attendents. i mean i get work in fast food is stressful these days, but at least appear thankful for being employed. i mean i just want a meal. don't want to be a burden. gotta be the most depressing place on earth
I use to come to this location at least 3 times per month. After the pandemic they've completely loss their minds. Service is horrible. You can't go inside. The doors are busted to hell. The girl taking orders can't hear through the intercom speaker. This place has went to shambles. So disappointed because I love Boston Market. Now I have to travel to N Fort Worth if I want BM. They're wide open for business. You can go in and eat so I don't understand what's the issue with this location. Pandemic was 2 years ago. Open up and provide the service you use to or your going to close. I just watched 5 cars leave and go to another restaurant as I did the same
We tried to place an order on the 24th to have an easier dinner for Christmas. I placed the order 3 1/2 hours prior to the closing time for Christmas Eve, 7PM. The door had a sign that said closed at 5PM, and the workers had blocked the drive thru with one of their cars so one could get past. When I went up to the door to ask about my order, they told me they canceled it due to running out of food. All contact info was included in my order, yet when I get to the store, I was told that no number was left, so they could not call me to tell me they ran out of chicken. I most likely won’t be ordering here again after this incident.
Boston Market on Hulen, Fort Worth TX. The absolute disappointment!!! Went to get my family some dinner. And was told that chicken will be ready in 45 minutes. Seriously??!! It's a chicken place with 4 grills running all day and they don't have chicken. Staff is very lazy and act like all customers are huge bother. Very unprofessional.
The rotisserie chicken is so good, and a whole chicken is the perfect size for our family of 5. My favorite side dish is the sweet potato casserole.

The portions on these meals are ridiculous. So since we have supply chain issues, you want to cut the portions down and charge more. This will be the last time I buy at ANY Boston Markets. This is disrespectful. Customer service didn't make it better.
When I see Heather inside the Hulen location, I know I'll be happy with my Southwest Cobb Chicken Salad. She is so professional, and truly caring and kind. Thank you for all your hard work, and God Bless you Heather, and all your co-workers.
