Really pleasant environment filled with helpful employees. Ryan was great at suggesting new flavors and what was popular there. He really made me feel like I was welcome and at home. Great food and cheerful employees make for a great experience!
I love this spot, best bagels and kolaches around. Huge choice of bagels and the bacon and sausage is always good.I'm getting ready to move and already have a planned route to keep passing by here in the mornings.
This business doesn't care about customers no matter where they come from. They think online customers are less than customers in their store. If you don't want to do business with online customers than get off the online delivery services. I guess your business is doing so well you you can just turn customers away. When you say you are going to turn on your online delivery services on in 15 minutes don't lie and just leave them turned off. I like the food here but the last few times I ate here the food has been inconsistent in quality. I'm not sure what's going on with this place but it's been really good except for the past few months. Business is open but online business is closed even the next day. Pathetic. I decided to go into the store today and let me say out of 3 employees no one acknowledged me and when they finally helped me they didn't even give me all the items I ordered. They had uncooked bagels laying on the floor and a disgusting water leak next to the sink. The seating was covered with lumber and overall you can tell that place never gets cleaned. All signs the owner rarely shows up or could care less about this business. The employees are not friendly and there is not an inviting feel in this place. The employees seem brain dead or they are just plain dumb. I will never go back here or buy online again.
Oh man, this place used to be so awesome, but the last 4-5 visits have gotten progressively worse. We've been coming here for over 10 years. The bagels were always decent, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff kept us coming back. Always genuine smiles and greetings, even when the line was out the door. I haven't seen a long line in a while now.Apparently it's been sold and the new vibe is less than warm. You walk in and you're lucky if anyone makes eye contact. They'll ask what you want and take your payment without ever looking up.It's a real shame because Boopa's had all the makings of a Fort Worth institution. Hopefully they'll turn it around before it gets any worse. It'll be a while before we go back and try again.
Decided to try out a new breakfast place and landed at Boopa's. The smoked salmon sandwich was great. The Booplachi's are also pretty good, but I would definitely recommend warming them up before eating them -- they aren't very good cold. We also tried the cinnamon rolls that were made from bagel dough. They were okay -- definitely would have been better if they were made fresh or served warm. They seemed stale, but that was probably just the bagel dough.
you HAVE TO TRY IT. these bagels are amazing they are FRESH and the variety is crazy. They must have like 50 different flavors and cream cheeses that are so flavorful and light and fluffy and the little boopalaches (kolache made with bagel) are SO good I'm obsessed. They'll make you a breakfast sandwich with any bagel and toppings you want. ? I drive out of my way to go here.
Not what it use to be. I placed an order ahead of time early in the week and paid in advance. Got there at my schedule time order was not even started. I was embarrassed by what I served at a friends bridal shower that day. $70+ spent and everything was cold and hard. What happened to the fresh made every day? Cream cheeses are still bomb but half of my bagles where hard and the pigs in the blankets where rocks.
Saturday 3/5/22 was our 1st time at Boopa's. We were there around 11am and they had sold out of a LOT of things. We got Eggle Sandwiches. They were delicious but let me tell you about the cranberry nut muffin we got. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The staff was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our decision making progress. Make a point of going to Boopa's, you won't be disappointed.
I’ve been to Boopa’s many times and am always impressed. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. They have such a variety of bagels, including some vegan options.
The bagels are delicious, kolaches are divine, and the service is amazing. The employees brighten my day every time I go!
