We order the 11” build your own pizzas and choose as many toppings as we want for one price - $10.45. The dough is available in regular, Gluten Free Cauliflower (tastes just like the regular dough), Gluten Free Vegan, high rise dough and Gluten Free Keto crust. There are 5 sauces to choose from and I highly recommend the white sauce and Garlic Pesto combo - they’ll mix it for you. They offer 7 different types of cheeses including an option for Vegans. There are seven types of meat including Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Applewood Bacon, Meatballs, grilled Chicken, smoked Ham and Vegan Chorizo. Their vegetable options are amazing and come in a variety of 14 offerings including Roasted Garlic cloves, Pineapple chunks and fresh Basil leaves to name a few. Don’t forget to finish your pizza off with a drizzle of Olive Oil, BBQ sauce, Pesto, Balsamic glaze, Frank’s Red hot sauce, Buttermilk Ranch or my favorite - Fresh Arugula. Ask for extra crispy crust and they’ll cook it a bit longer. You’ll get a delicious black wood fired ring around the outside of your pie (see pics). As tempting as it may be to overload your pizza with toppings, be mindful that wood fired crust is thinner than traditional pizza crust.Pros: Each pizza is handmade “Subway sandwich style” as you walk down the line picking your favorites toppings and watching them custom build it. There is no one else in town offering the variety of sauces, cheeses, meats and toppings at this price point. The Blaze App has incredible offers and is well worth the download! Every year on pie day or 3-14, they offer $3.14 pizzas. The app also allows you to build pizzas for take out and earn rewards that can be used towards free pizzas, drinks, appetizers and deserts.Cons: The employees are about as happy to build your pizza as the sandwich makers at Subway! It can be painful at times, but do NOT allow them to rush you or you might end up missing out on a wonderful topping!Americans like to season their food and Salt and Pepper shakers should be available on every table. Unfortunately, Blaze only offers a pinch of Sea Salt on the assembly line that is not sufficient to season an entire pizza. There are Parmesan packets and red chili flakes available, but are not on the tables, either. Each table should have these basic pizza seasonings and napkins.
went for pi day and got a build your own pizza for 3.14. this is just like any build your own pizza spot. the thing that made it exceptional for me is th3 roasted garlic as a topping option. that alone will keep me coming back.
I was a first timer and did not know how to order due to so many choices. I ordered pepperoni and a few veggies. Blaze had a special $3.14 for a medium pizza so the workers were too busy to guide me through the line. Next time, I will try the Alfredo sauce, chicken, spinach, carrots, red onion, and cheese. On my next visit, hopefully it will not be so hectic.???

Best pizza spot in town. Staff is friendly and the location is in a great area. The seating area is clean and the outdoor patio is great on a warm weather day.If you are looking for great pizza, look no further.
Very good. Toppings were abundant though we did not use that many.Initial instructions would be nice for those that have never been. Yes, I know. It is just making pizza. But understanding the process while in line would be helpful. I was looking around for what I needed to do with kids in tow.Regardless, pizza was good and staff were helpful and friendly.
Somewhat pricey but worth it. The deep dish is a must! Good place for a quick lunch! They offer take out, order ahead and walk in.Everything is made to order and the staff is usually helpful when you want to try new things! The dining room is clean and nice to eat in
There's something for everyone. Reasonable prices. A pizza for one is about 10 dollars. I got the hot link pizza. Service was good. Everything came out fast. Just a really solid place. They have some alcohol options for those interested. Limited dessert options, but I doubt anyone comes here for that.
