One of our favorite restaurants. However, I need to comment our June 25th visit. Food took awhile, one plate had sat awhile and was extremely tough. The waitress was busy, but management was none existent. When they came out of the back, it was to stare and... Had they walked around and conducted CUSTOMER RELATIONS they would have a better pulse on the restaurant. Kids food and desert was good. Management is lacking to the point of poor food quality and disgruntled customers.
Took 30 minutes to get our drinks, with no ice. Our chips and salsa came with hardly any salsa and no napkins. My salad came without cutlery and when I reminded the server we got plastic cutlery, and again, no napkins, and couldn't get a refill. All this took 45-50 minutes. We left and went to 5 guys.We have been coming here for 6 years, this was obviously a rough night. I hope things are able to improve and return to a higher standard so I can update this review.

The bartender Andrew is probably the worst server I've ever met in my life. It took 4 minutes for barback to come out and start working And she never greeted me, So I asked if she was the bartender and she said no let me get him for you. After about a minute and a 1/2 he came from the kitchen sweaty and oily Ask me what I wanted never talk to me a bit never came back to ask for my order. When he finally brought me my to go food to go food after I ordered nachos that had probably grams of chicken not ounces he threw my food down on the bar. I would recommend his mother teach him hygiene and his establishment teach him proper service. I wish I could give 0 stars and I wish I could get 0 tips
This place never disappoints. Beer was good, food taste great, service was great even during busy times, and the atmosphere was great as well.
My sister and I went for dinner a few days ago, the service was on point. We ordered a burger and pizza. The food was good. You get good portions of food for the price. The desserts are awesome, especially with ice cream. They also have a nice selection of drinks to choose from on the menu.
I have always been a fan of BJ's for years. Whenever my daughter & I go into Fort Worth we eat there. Yesterday her friend was with us & she had never been! So we went! She went to use the restroom that was beyond words nasty. Toilets clogged & used feminine products all over the floor. I told host & they cleaned up the products but the bathrooms were still unpleasant to use. I have to go find our own silverware & our appetizer was given to another customer. When we did get our meal it was cold & not flavorful. Our waiter couldn't even get the difference between a regular tea or sweet tea. Not to mention the bartender obviously didn't know how to make a drink because it was completely watered down. We will not make it our first pick anymore... sad.....
First time I'd been to this place, food was very good and staff was very courtesy. The main meal came out before I had time to finish my salad so not a long wait for food. Best of all not a long wait time like like other places on a Saturday night.
We order from BJs a lot and usually are satisfied with our order with a few items maybe missing like a side of fries. Today they missed a entree of shrimp scampi I was craving all day! Called back since I had it delivered only to tell me they aren’t excepting orders anymore! Wow seriously? If you were going to forget my order than close it Down I could have takin my family’s order elsewhere. Super disappointed and the fact they have no empathy for the people keeping their business alive is even more disappointing Sarah
Drinks and food were all absolutely amazing!!! Service from Kevin was on point!! Love this place!!
