clean and staff is great and fast!
Ordered a zombie unicorn (normally Halloween season item) ice cream cake last week for a birthday. The clerk we picked it up from said she was excited we had ordered it because it was the first time she got to decorate that particular design. She did an awesome job and everybody loved it, especially the birthday girl. Thank y'all.

So many options for ice cream, toppings, shakes, etc. Great place to take the kids, great staff too!
Where is the zero star option? Visited this location today and the guy behind the desk said NOTHING! He did not say hi, what would you like, can I help you, your total is, thank you. NOTHING. He said absolutely NOT ONE SINGLE WORD. The ice cream flavor I got was my favorite & it was the last in the container scraped from the bottom to go in the trash. I tasted like chemicals and the cone was stale. It just wasn't good today.
I ordered a photo cake for my husband's birthday yesterday and I couldn't be happier with it!! They went above and beyond to make it exactly how I wanted it. Even calling me to ask about the colors I wanted on it. It was amazing and he loved it!!! Wonderful staff!
If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. We stopped in for some ice cream like any other family would. Now to preface, my son has a severe, SEVERE nut allergy. Our simple request was to have the employee use a clean scoop and a fresh tub of ice cream. The employee goes to ask who I assume is the manager on duty, Kyree. I heard her, first of all, tell the employee “I’m not gonna do that.” Then proceeds to tell us that they dip the scoops in water to “wash them.”This will not disinfect the scoops. Then she says it would take too long for a new tub to thaw. Then says we can purchase an entire tub so we can scoop it ourselves. This is absolute discrimination. We weren’t asking for a lot by any means. This employee was utterly disrespectful and even started to ignore us and move onto the next customer. Needless to say, we will NEVER EVER return to this Baskin Robbins.
