Had to wait forever to know if they have 1 flavor ice cream I asked.Had 1 worker with other customer, and 2 workers chatting at the back and not wanted to help. Already messed up 4 times on delivery app, so I decided to go in-person! And STILL MESSED UP!
If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else because bad customer service is not what’s up.I’m gonna need this place to reach out to me on the freshness of their cones. I’ve never had a soggy waffle cone. In fact, all the cones here were stale!The girl working was rude and not friendly. I don’t know how many times we said thank you and nothing! I used to love Baskin Robbins too ?
Seriously, how can you have a Root Beer Float WITHOUT Root Beer! Is it really that hard to put ice cream in the bag, the root beer in the bag before it gets picket up by delivery? Absolute morons!
Don’t ever go here. I ordered a cake online like they instructed me, I came back 24 hours later and they said they had no cake and can’t give me a refund.
This place is really the worst, every time I have gone there in the last few months, it's either closed or they don't have anything or it's only 1 person working the drive through. If they would at least put signs up telling folks they are closed or out of supplies it would be easier. It sucks because this is the only Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins near me.
The entire order was wrong, and you could clearly see where someone had spit in my icecream. When trying to reach the store manager, no calls were answered, and now having to deal with this in person tomorrow.
Sign and goggle state they are open until 10pm. We got there at 6:30pm with all the parking lot lights off, the doors were locked, the open sign was on. But the drive through lights were off and on one was there. Even tried calling ans no on answered. How pathetic for a restaurant! Definitely won't be coming back
Absolutely the worst location ever this is twice I ordered delivery from them through Uber and twice the order was completely wrong! When I drove up there (ya know after paying for delivery) the young man at the window laughed at me and said well we were out of what you wanted so I just threw whatever in there when we asked for manager he laughed again and said we don’t have one - right
They don’t wear gloves to scoop the ice cream. I asked if they do and the boy said nah
This shop has the worst customer service. There is no sense of urgency what so ever. They can have 5 employees working yet they don't communicate with each other or their customers. Poor training!! Acknowledge your customers & get a move on it. Use each other to work as a team. There is plenty of potential, you guys just need the proper team leaders and training. Good Luck.
