Unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Stood at the front for a few minutes while they saw me from back, no problem, they had 2 pretzels to choose from and when I picked it, they were super hard. I asked if I could just get a refund and explained I was pregnant and can’t eat food that is old, and they said sure. Then proceeded to tell me I’d get a refund in 7 days. Never will be back.
The girl working today could not have been more rude. If ALL you have is almond pretzels then why bother to ask what someone wants?? You don't bother to say when more will be ready you just say that's all I have. Obviously Customer Service is not in the jib description. Needless to say I won't go back. When employees make it clear your business is not wanted then you go elsewhere. I wonder if the actual owner knows what goes on in their store.
The most burnt and thin pretzel I've ever had .....these people do not care at all !
I came to buy me a pretZel and the girlIn the back was eating (I honestly don’t care about that at all) .what I do care about is how I’m being approached with rudeness . No hello or anything ..acted as if I interrupted her meal .I also came by yesterday and there was a guy there rude as heck too. I don’t know what it is about this place but I won’t be returning . I love love pretzels but I’ll take my business elsewhere if the workers are going to be so rude. Never again!
The old lady is rude here! She rolled her eyes when I asked to add cheese dip and she looks like she hates everyone and everything. How hard is it to press 2 buttons on a register and hand me a receipt. She needs to go.
Had no pretzel dogs. She said they stopped cooking at 6:00 but they close at 7:00. It was 5:30
Came in to get some cinnamon bite i walk up to a lady sitting on the count and one employs putting pepperoni on bread the before i could ever utter a word i was told to come back in 30 minutes. Its 1 p.m. Everytime its something with this location. I wont be back
This franchise is great, but don’t place your order on the corporate website because they won’t receive it! I needed 4 dozen pretzels for a German themed party, and the online order was never received even though my card was charged ? The two young men working behind the counter said they’d have the whole order ready for me in 20 mins, and they came through!
Nothing made and employees have terrible attitudes
The most unprofessional immature staff. We literally left and went somewhere else for a snack it was so bad! They really need to work on employee behavior.
