We tried this place today and My family loved it. We all had different orders and my kids had no complaints. I tried sushi for the first time and it was was absolutely delicious. Staff was great and our food came out so quick. Great place for families but we are definitely going back for date night.
Ordered off of Uber Eats today 3/3/22 for lunch. I heard good things and I was craving hibachi the last few days. The food came and the rice was dry and stuck together, the vegetables were over cooked and the lobster was dry and rough. Very Disappointed! Poor presentation and no sauce at all.
We really enjoy Ashims, inside is pleasant atmosphere or to go is still great at home which we do more often than indoor dining. I would say the cons are sometimes they get backed up and state 20 mins for food to be ready and it's really more like 40 min to 55 min. Other than that no complaints.
First time eating here and definitely definitely enjoyed the food, inside was very cozy, recommend eating here
Decided to try this place as we were looking for a restaurant that offered both sushi and other foods. Every one in our party enjoyed their food! The Green Dragon roll was delicious, Jose's Dynamite roll delivered amazing taste, but by far the best roll was the Scorpion Tail! Everyone at our table tried one and agreed it was exceptional. I've found my new favorite sushi joint, and that Scorpion Tail will be in every order I place.
Ate here with friends while visiting from Houston, and boy do I wish they had one of these near me! Think Benihana but way more value. My friend and I split the shrimp and steak hibachi meal and it was perfect. Steak was just right. Only thing we didn't care for, and no one at the table did, was the sushi. It came out after the meal, so we were full already, and the rolls were either too big (too much rice), and the flavor just wasn't great. Service was decent despite them letting us know that they were very understaffed, they definitely did their best.
I tried this place last night as I was looking for sushi but my partner doesn't like it so I needed a blended restaurant. I have lived in Fort Worth for nearly 10 years, how have I never been here?! This is officially my new favorite sushi place!! Not only did they have your average rolls, their sashimi menu was large, and they have plenty of cooked options as well. What I loved though was the house specialty rolls! Additionally they have an additional portion of larger portions of sushi, and a Chef's choice option! That's a green flag for a restaurant to me. I had the Green Dragon and Scorpion Tail rolls, and my son had the Jose's Dynamite roll and some California rolls. But everyone at my table ended up trying and LOVING the Scorpion Tail! Even my partner, who doesn't like sushi! Trust me, try it when you go. I will definitely be back and I'm excited to try more rolls, but that Scorpion Tail will be on every order I place.
Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and food came out quickly. Great spot!
Got the beef tataki and also New York steak requested both well done and as you can see pink meat every where . One star is for the fried rice it was warm and tasty I’m completely disgusted after biting in the meat .Also the meat was so cold . I wanted to cry tbh lol being pregnant it did pose a potential safety risk eat the meat cold and partially cooked .
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and the food was excellent! Nice customer service & ambiance. Will definitely return again.
