I first visited Angelo's in 1993 and this was my fourth time since. The best thing is that it hasn't changes one bit since then. The meat, sauces, beans, coleslaw and potato salad are all outstanding. We had brisket and ribs and they were perfect. There's a reason Angelo's has lasted this long and that is great food, excellent service and a good atmosphere. It's taken almost 30 years but Angelo's is the place to go when want BBQ and don't was to take a chance on anything less than perfect.

The best brisket I’ve ever eaten! You know when they give you a plastic knife it’s gonna be tender and that it was! The bbq sauce was tasty as well as the sides. Would love to know what they season their green beans with - could taste hot sauce but they were not spicy hot. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in Ft Worth again

Angelo’s is a long time establishment of Fort Worth and it should be on a list of BBQ places to check out while visiting. I recommend ordering a side of pickles and onions when picking up BBQ because their pickle spears are outta this world. Their BBQ Is pretty tasty, grab some brisket, a side of beans (and Texas BBQ pro tip: ask for a few complimentary slices of bread to go with your meal) and you will be hog heaven and FULL. Angelo’s Bar-B-Que is worth the visit.

Reserved back room for family to join together to eat buffet style after Grandmother's memorial service today for lunch. Food was good. Space was given for us to grieve from wait staff. We did not feel hounded. Help was given when needed & wanted. No hassle given. No problems had. No rush to get us out the door to leave.

Most people would probably rate Angelo's a five, but having been to Railhead Smokehouse here in Fort Worth that's not possible. Yes, a few aquaintancies recommended Angelo's saying it was a must. Well, it resembles The Railhead a lot because a former employee at Angelo's started it, and improved on it. At Angelo's you get a lesser smokey rib. Other than that it's like visiting a sibling. And the feel of comradeship is also slightly less prominent here. But hey! If in Fort Worth, see for yourself.

Food & service was fantastic. I see why it’s been open for so many years.

Brisket was super dry, they charge extra for shredded cheese on a baked potato????? Bbq sauce is very vinegary and unpleasant. Mac n cheese was made with very over cooked pasta. For $15 this was definitely a place I will never go back to and couldn’t even finish.

Quick BBQ, the chicken was moist and smokey. Serving size is generous! The atmosphere is fine Souther Comfort.

Old fashioned BBQ. Don’t expect fancy! Order at a bar, select your drinks. Used to be a famous local “beer joint” however, it has only a few beers currently. Beware: roared turkey is spicy.

The service was great, couldn't ask for friendlier people. The rustic design lent itself well to a warm atmosphere. That said, the brisket was a bit dry, and nothing on my plate was hot. Kinda like everything was made a few hours ago but not really kept warm
