The custard tastes great, but this location has gone downhill. I ordered a medium "bootdaddy", and only got what amounted to a single oreo and a tablespoon of fudge. $7 for that? No thanks, pass. Too expensive and not enough care.
Delicious custard, friendly staff, and lots of variety in their menu. I love this place!
Ordered a James brownie funky jackhammer and a waffle nutty crush, my order wasn't fulfilled as order. Me and my wife agree that they throw just about anything in our custard and present them as my order. The service was speedy and inconsistent work orders being filled into he proper manner.
The James Brownie Funky Jackhammer has hot fudge not caramel. The associate proceeded to give me a wrong item made and then tell me I'm wrong. I always order this I KNOW what's in it. I hate caramel.
Love Andy’s, but the location at Precinct Line Road in North Richland Hills is not like any of the other Andy’s….bought a concrete, basically got vanilla custard only.
We stopped by here after a 2hr practice for my daughter's kickball team on Sunday. It was very busy, but we received friendly, service with the young gentleman smiling the whole time. The wait wasn't long & the ice cream/custard was wonderful tasting.
Super friendly service even 10 minutes before closing, looked very clean inside from what we could see. Employees seem to take pride in their workplace. Seeing what we saw at braums, never going to one of those again, we'll drive extra to go to the good people here at Andy's frozen custard.
Absolutely love the custard here! My personal favorites/go tos are the jackhammers and Concretes. But of course you can never go wrong with the classic vanilla or chocolate.The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars is due to the fact that each and every single time I go here the person taking my order is ALWAYS in a bad mood. I’ve been rushed, had eyes rolled at me, and given an attitude, even when there were no cars behind me. Maybe it’s just my bad luck but I have yet to have someone provide good customer service here. But the custard is good which is why I keep going back.
I like everything. I love the shake with blended cherries and the sundaes.
