OMG!!!So, this little spot has me shook! Cajun Seafood spot offering some authentic Cajun fare.Upon walking in, the pull up a chair and have a seat eatery reminds me of an Ole School sports bar. Baseball on every screen, bar full of beer sipping partons, shuffle board and darts posed and ready. They were a little short hand as most places are these days, so we settled in and waited for the bartender/waitress. She was friendly and well informed on what was available, and honestly was balancing the double tasks very well.We order the Sweep da Swamp to share and BOY did we share it! They were out of some of the items that came standard on the platter, but it did NOT disappoint. Flaky and juicy(yes juicy) Catfish filets fried perfectly, and seasoned with a spice blend that was both a little spicy and sweet. It really bloomed the flavor of the fish. Natchitoches Meat Pies stuffed with sauteed onions, beef and ground pork, all swaddled in a flaky hand pie that was incredible! Smoked Boudin, Onion Rings, French Fries, and the Jalapeno Hushpuppies? We had an amazing time! Service was amazing and Juan Allen did an AWESOME job! We def will be coming back! Had amazing crawfish and crab! Constantly waited on and just an all around great time and service.
Came tonight as they were closing and even though they were out of potatoes & corn brought us an extra pound of shrimp & crawfish to make up for it. Enjoyed our visit! Will be back
Voted top three for Crawfish by the FW Weekly. WHY??? Cook was drunk, they charge a credit card processing fee and the Crawfish had no flavor. I recommend going to J&J Oyster bar.
The customer service was horrible. They told us our party was too large to serve because it was late. We had a party of 13 and we arrived at 5:32 pm. It was our first and last visit. First impressions are lasting ones.

Ordered live crawfish this weekend! It was amazing! I will be back for more, even though it is about an hour drive each way. Totally worth it!!!
The food is nasty and the atmosphere is disturbing. The Owner cares more about his nasty dirty dogs than he does the customers. This business will self destruct and all you will have is that nasty trailer full of dogs. Keep it up.
