Stopped off to try this for the first time. So the girl a picture of exactly what I wanted with the ingredients call is a lot bigger than the one I would get at Starbucks so the measurements were way our coffee had a bitter taste. And still end up with no caramel topping on top of it or extra caramel so I had to stop off at McDonald’s and get me a coffee. ??
I go there all the time with may family and the coffee never disappoints, the other drink options are also great. Also the service is amazing even when the line is long we always get through quickly.I would also like to add that the coffee in my opinion is much better than Starbucks.
I want to start off by saying I have never had a bad experience at this location, and if it's not 151 I don't want it. That being said, MICKEY AND HIS CREW ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZEBALLS!!!!! I drink REALLY weird flavor combinations and this fine team has helped me come up with new and amazing ways to start or push through my day. If you're in need of a pick me up and are in the area, put the red bull down and go get some coffee!
Always a pleasure going to 151 in Keller. Everyone there is awesome and friendly. Great drink selections too! I’m officially addicted and prefer 151 over Starbucks… and I even work for a coffee company! ?
Usually I liked to always come to this location, theres lots of friendly staff here but this time it wasn't quite the best. When going up this morning, this girl took quite a bit to get to me to take my order since she was talking to someone else. When finally getting to me, as i explained my order i had to repeat myself a few times, im fine if she couldn't exactly hear me but the way she just gave me a look and a very over exaggerated "huh" set me back a bit. Even after paying she just gave me back my card and didn't say thank you or anything and went away. The drink as well wasn't the best either, it was very watery and all the drizzle was just at the bottom and neither on the sides or top. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it definitely wasn't the best experience as I come here almost every week.

The staff we experienced simply were not as engaging (ie, not that friendly taking the order and when handing drinks then walking away with no so much as a smile) as we are accustomed - no reflection on the quality & value provided.
Phenomenal service. Treated us like we were a top priority. Keep shining! And the coffee is, dare I say it, better than Starbucks. Try the Irish Sin and the strawberry peach smoothie! My little one slurped it up!
We love this place!! The coffee is so good and they have some unique flavors and really good teas. The line is SUPER fast and the employees are so nice

August,district manager, reached out to me concerning the unpleasantness I experienced and was very professional and understanding and got my pants dry cleaned and got me a couple of coffee on the house. As well had a conversation with the staff about the lids and to be honest we’re all human so Im not to big for my britches to say if your willing to work with me I will do the same. Thank you all for being cool and taking the time to address real concerns from your customers and your fans.
