I don't typically write reviews for restaurants, but I thought this one was necessary: I had placed an order at this location via the Wendy's mobile app. Although the food and drinks were really fresh and the service inside was pretty decent, I noticed that both doors in the front and back were locked at about 10:30 a.m. I tried knocking on the first door (their phone number also seemed to be disconnected) and about 3 minutes later one of the employees finally opened it for me. I just wanted to others know about this in case you're unable to get in.
Went at a fairly busy time so it took a bit but good was good and my order was accurate. Always a good experience but not amazing.
Normally very good, except for the maple chicken bacon breakfast sandwich this morning....rubbery and old. No phone number to call back, so posting.
Looks really nice since remodeling. I'll continue to go to this establishment
Avoid this place. They couldn''t take the order correctly. When he got the 1st meal he said to pull forward yet I had 2 more orders. I was met with annoyance and contempt when I offered another meal order. Between this and previous issues I left and won't be back.
Ordered a Frosty and after I’ve paid for it I’m told that they have no spoons. How do you eat a Frosty with no spoon. I refused to take the Frosty and asked for a refund. The woman snapped at me and said they can’t give me a refund. Wendy’s sold me a product I could not eat and kept the Frosty and my money refusing to refund.
I just can’t even explain what level of “incorrect & overcharged” meals I just dealt with through the drive thru a little bit ago! Get it together! I’m so disappointed in the service & handling of my order!

The special priced breakfast sandwiches were blend. Choose one of the other breakfast item.
The guy at the window had to deal with several orders from one car. They kept changing their orders and were a complete mess. He handled it all with a smile.
