This is the second time I’ve been to this Wendy’s in the past week. Last time I came in and ordered spicy nuggets and was given regular. I complained to the manager and she said she would bring be the nuggets, well they never came.Today I came and ordered in the drive thru - asked for spicy nuggets, junior bacon cheese burger, and a large fry. Well, they completely got my whole order wrong. Chicken sandwich, non-spicy nuggets, medium fries. Want to know what was so funny, same lady/manager handled the order. I don’t think I’ll return to this location ever again.
Wonder why yall aren't busy..it's cuz she just listening and watching her phone..yall will shut down soon..I ordered food and she did nothing for me this morning..
Got all 3 sandwich orders in correct and lied about having grilled chicken popper salad as it was fried upon reaching home. This is not the first time they have gotten orders incorrect but the staff lacked due diligence on ensuring validity when confronted on false delivery.
This Wendy's sucks❗I drove thru the drive thru at 10:27 a.m. on Sunday, which is today and proceeded with my order. I tried to order a couple of Large chili's and a sour cream and chive baked potato. There was a guy about to take my order and then a girl came on the speaker saying that they don't serve lunch until 10:30. A whole 3 minutes and they would not take my order for lunch. They're always out of something and the food is not always fresh. As close as I live to the location on Flower Mound road, I guess from now on, I will be passing them up and going to the next location on Justin Rd. I would think that being in the area that it's in, they would be more prepared.
Update your hours for lobby, i drive a work vehicle that will not fit in the drive-thru, at 9:35am on Friday morning I tried to enter the lobby to order, doors were still locked but sign said the lobby opened at 9. You lost my business and I went somewhere else.
Wendy’s does not disappoint with the variety of tasty options. I appreciate that they serve breakfast and am always blown away at the speed of delivery. Great fast food!
Listen, I don't know who made my chicken sandwich tonight but it's delicious. The chicken is a nice size, the lettuce is crunchy, and the Mayo is evenly spread and there's actually a good amount. Definitely fulfilled my pregnancy cravings!!! Thank you
Food was great better than other locations I've been to.
Went around 3 o’clock in the afternoon on a weekday and my spicy chicken asiago came out hot and fresh with little to no spit! JK but in all seriousness my food was delicious customer service was A1 10 out of 10 would eat again
