The food was great, service awesome, great and clean restrooms. The tables stay clean. And for those who love beer, their bar has around 30 options!

We came here for lunch at the recommendation of a local business owner. It did not disappoint!Ambiance- mood lighting and industrial, but the large family picture lends a hint of home. Oldies but goodies played on the speakers.Tyler was our server. Attentive and helpful in choosing menu items.Onto the food. We ordered the blackberry mojito, brisket sliders, Kobe beef burger, and pecan crusted salmon salad.Blackberry mojito - smooth, seems to be made with real blackberry juice.Brisket Sliders were plated beautifully. Between the bread and the onion rings, I could have used more sauce, but there was additional sauce on the plate. The sweet and sour pickle was a nice refreshing touch.Pecan crusted Salmon salad- filling for a salad! I liked all of the elements. I could have done without the pecan crusting on the salmon; didn’t seem to add much, but that is more personal preference. They did also bring out a large serving of dressing. Glad they let me do the honors as I only used 1/3rd of it. The greens tasted crisp!The burger came out on a larger roll-style breads my husband loved the French fries and said the burger was “good.” I took a quick bite. Burger was juicy, and the bacon was Sweet, giving the whole burger a nice profile.
GREAT food! Lunch salmon was so good I went back again a couple days later! Excellent staff, food came quick and was gone just as fast!
Been here a couple times, heard some good things from friends. Food is sub-par, cocktail menu is alright. However, there is one bartender who is the reason I always come back. Every time I sit down Edward is always so attentive and compassionate. I’ve tried many different things on the menu but nothing compares to some of the things he’s made me. I’ve had the smoked old fashioned here and they’re alright, but Edward made me his version of one and wow! Words cannot describe how delicious it was. He truly knows his bourbon. Hoping they revamp the menu soon.
Great grill and tavern with great music in the background. Loved the menu choices. I ordered the blackened chicken cobb salad. Normally wouldn't order this because they had so many other things that looked good but I was trying to be healthy. It was OK, chicken was dry and overcooked. I had some tastes of other family dishes however that were really good. The fish and chips were good. The pot roast and pork chop however were excellent! I actually ordered the pot roast to take home too so I could eat it later! The service was good at the beginning but then the server just would disappear for long times. We were needing him and he's over at the bar area sitting down talking to a girl (I think another employee but not a server). That was frustrating but all in all, I would come back and try some other dishes on the menu. We had a good time and I do recommend this place.
Arrived with a large group (12) late, after another eatery had failed to honor a reservation. The manager and staff were excellent in assisting us to get our group seated. Once seated the service was excellent! And the food even better! Cannot recommend Verf's any higher as the experience and dining were top quality.
Honestly, I really slept on Verfs for a long time but after going on a whim for happy hour once, I've really enjoyed myself here. Just had my third visit and honestly, it's no wonder they've been around as long as they have. The servers are all friendly, the food is worth the price plus they're changing the menu quarterly or so so you see new stuff every time. Love the atmosphere and the weekly drink specials. They're fantastic!
Enjoyed dining here yesterday. Food was better than I had expected. Wait staff was average. Water wasn't refilled one time. I'll return for the brunch.
Tonight was our first time dining at Verf’s , nice atmosphere, service was amazing out server Jode did an amazing job taking care of us. The food was delicious! My husband got the Monterrey steak with spinach and shrimp , I had fish and chips combo it was delicious! Their jicama salad was amazing! Jalapeno tartar sauce was great!! We will definitely coming back.
