So the patio was pretty cool… However I do have some critique about the food. I really like the rice, and the beans was pretty good… Yet the meat is a different story. So my chicken taco was very very very very dry, I was not about to ask him to make it again because it probably was gonna be more dry. The beef fajitas that ordered there was way more onions than beef. And if street corn it’s supposed to taste nothing like elotes then they did a great job!! Cause it was nasty to me, even after i asked for no red sauce on it. Other than all that, our server was really really really sweet and attentive.
We went to this place last Sunday 4/24/22. Since we entered this place smelled bad greasy, but we still stayed because of the good reviews this place has. We definitely regret it. Starting with the corn it’s not fresh, it’s frozen from a bag, yes I can recognize when it’s fresh or from a frozen bag. My kids ordered chicken strips horrible the breaded was super thick and burnt, my other kid ordered a beef taco and the beef tasted like cumin period. My husband’s tacos were burritos and tasted horrible. Dirty booth, sticky floors. Oh and the check over $80.00. Horrible food, don’t waste your time and money. One good thing, the waiter was nice.
3rd time I've gone here. 1st time had food delivered it was perfect. Next 2 times I ordered pick up and it was horrible. The owner did make the 2nd time right by having someone deliver the correct order to me but I had to wait and my other food got cold. Today nobody was inside and I waited over 20 minutes passed my pickup time for food. I guess they forgot I was waiting. I won't be back.In response to the owner my email shows my order was placed at 3:10 pm. If your website allowed actual ordering opportunities like most restaurants I wouldn't have had to order via Caviar. In addition I have the email and text receipts showing the times. Nevertheless I won't be back and will be sure to spread the word about your establishment. You should be careful about the manner in which you respond to things. You never know who you're dealing with.
I like the atmosphere here. Friendly and laid back. My husband had the avocado enchiladas and said they were really good. I had the cheese enchiladas. They were good but nothing special. I do wish the waiter checked the price of the house margarita after I asked. He said it was either $6.50 or $7 but turned out it was $8. It was very small and not worth it. Will definitely go back but won't be getting a margarita. Nice patio I would like to sit in when the weather is warmer
Great staff, very cool start out with salsa and chips as much as u want and a bar ofcourse amazing fish taco I always get the beer battered fish tacos
It was my first time dining here. Do not get the steak fajitas! The meat was extra tough. The lunch fajitas come with the meat, veg, rice & beans all on the skillet. So unless you like burnt rice and beans do not order the lunch fajitas. The queso taste like it is made with powder. The Manager never came to ask how everything was but asked the table next to us twice before they even got there food.
Delicious Margaritas, great spicy salsa with chips. The Lynne's Queso is phenomenal. Tacos and enchiladas are delicious and the street corn is off the hook. The staff are allllll friendly and that is another reason I keep coming back. It is great when they have live music or a game on.I plan to keep trying the different things on the menu.
I really hope covid and Brandon don’t make this place go downhill but our last visit there was really bad. Bad service, fajitas were mostly onions and a tiny bit of meat, bad service, wrong order, bad service. We were the only ones there, it seems like others feel the same way. They used to be cool, man.
My favorite for place by far. Now they serve menudo. Which is great. Eat here about once a week.Update: visit 120 still 5 stars ..love love the food and the people!
Hard pass. $12 Beer battered fish tacos should take longer than 5min to come out. Street corn obviously came out of a can. $12 paloma was not good. Tortilla soup wasn’t even hot. Yikes
