Staff was friendly, and I thought that the little cushions on the benches were a nice touch. I had the combination poke, which had salmon, tuna, yellow tail, and one other fish. It was very delicious. There was a little salad in the bowl that was pretty good as well. I just had a water to drink and my total was $15.10. Very happy with the price. I'll be back!
Our go to place for great sushi! Tried the Uptown roll this time and it is at the top of our favorites list along with the dragon roll and the caterpillar roll. The staff here is so very friendly and really make you feel welcome. They work hard and serve beautiful creations of fresh sushi. They do a great take out business and have pretty fast service for a sushi restaurant. We love it!!!
We discovered this place a few weeks ago and simply can't stop coming here. It is impossible not to come here every single day! They have a great value for lunch, pokes and some combos. Even dinner is fair price and their sushis and rolls are the best we have tried. Service is fantastic, great food and fair price. best combination in the world. I would recommend 100 times!!!
Excellent sushi and food taste great. The waiter very friendly and big warm smile. Down side my meat little bit over cook,other than that everything perfect.
The sushi is very fresh. We've shared plates and I've liked what I've had. I like the more mild California Roll kind and have plenty to choose from. Others in my party like the more adventurous types and they've been happy with their choices. The service is fast and the servers are friendly.
This place is NOT for those with food allergies/sensitivities. I asked for a spicy salmon and avocado roll, along with a cucumber salad. I let them know that I have a sesame allergy so there could not be any sesame seeds or sesame oil in my food. I also cannot eat gluten so I asked them to make sure that there were no gluten ingredients in my food. When I got my food there were sesame seeds on the cucumber salad, and the roll was plain salmon with avocado, not spicy. I requested for the food to be fixed and I saw one of the sushi chefs attempting to remove the sesame seeds off of the cucumber salad until someone told him to make a new one. I was truly shocked to see the chef attempting to pick off the sesame seeds with the intention of returning the same food to me. The second sushi roll I got was a spicy salmon but missing avocado, however at this point I did not want to wait for another correction so I took it and did not say anything about that. After leaving with my to-go order, I realized that the imitation crab on top of my cucumber salad contained wheat, and my sushi roll had a sesame taste which I suspect could be from sesame oil although I triple checked with the chef to make sure there was none in there. For those who don't worry about food allergies or sensitivities, this place is likely fine for you. For those of us who do, I would highly advise not dining here. They do not take it seriously or have much knowledge about allergy ingredients in their food.
Sushi was good, however it wasn't worth the wait. The staff is slow and unobserved.After my fiancée and I being seated, it took 30 minutes to get our drink order.We placed our drink and food order at the same time since we had ample time to find what we wanted. We waited at least another 20 minutes until our food arrived. We once again had to ask for our drinks. So the food, was good, but the service was unsatisfactory.
Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had! Sushi rolls are HUGE and so tasty. Highly recommend this place. I can't wait to come back and try something else on their menu!
Great first experience, delicious sushi rolls that are bigger portion sizes than most places, and delicious appetizer called “ the heart attack”
