Wonderful sandwiches and hot dogs. Joey 's puts places like jimmy John's and subway to shame. I highly recommend it. The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciate the out door seating on a nice day. I wish they had more vegetarian options, like a vegetarian cheese steak type sandwich, and fresh mushrooms.

Driving through to Edison's to get coffee and a scone of some sort, and a bright red "OPEN" sign shines on me like a beacon in the morning light. "But what could a Chicago style sub and bistro provide for me this early in the morning" I asked myself and low and behold "Now serving breakfast tacos" swiftly catches my eye. I must have one. Maybe two. But there are no parking spots available. Do I give up and come back another time? Absolutely not. I drive all the way through the shopping center. Going down every one direction street just so I can circle around hoping...no PRAYING that a spot opens up by the time I make it back.If you ever doubt God, come back and read this review. He answered my prayer. Front parking spot. Hallelujah!! I quickly jump out of my car, run through the door and I'm greeted by THE NICEST woman I have ever met. She was patient with me as I studied the taco options. The choice was hard but I settled for Chorizo and Brisket. She allowed me to run and grab my coffee from up the sidewalk while she carefully and lovingly prepared my tacos. I returned just as she was gently tossing salsa into my bag. "Perfect timing!" I proclaimed. She smiled, made eye contact with me. And after a brief pause she says "Have a wonderful day."I will, ma'am. I will!Rush to work, close my door so no one even THINKS of impeding on my breakie taco time. Start with the brisket. Tender, juicy, melted cheesey...I think to myself, this must be what heaven's food tastes like.I must move on to the chorizo. Now I grew up in California. I have a Mexican grandmother. Chorizo is a STAPLE in my household. These tacos had the perfect mix of egg, chorizo, and cheese. Dripped a little salsa on it. *quiver* ay dios mioI believe my Nana would GLADLY make room at the table for these chorizo tacos.If by now you haven't already gotten into your car and started making your way to Joey O's, I urge you. Beats out the sub sandwiches places. Absolutely amazing.I got The Works. Top tier. They cut their own meats and cheese. They have both hot and cold sandwiches. Good value.

Delicious subs. This place is better than the chain sub restaurants. Wish they had a few more varieties but still overall quite a hidden gem!
Just used Joey O's for a very large catering order of breakfast tacos for an event at our church. The tacos were warm and delicious. We got a variety including bacon, brisket, potato, chorizo and brisket and each type was good. They were very accommodating providing us with tacos at a time when they weren't even open in order to have them ready when we needed them. They checked in with us the morning of our event before we got the tacos, had them ready at the designated time, and checked in to see how our event went later that day. I would definitely use them again for an event and would eat their own my own as well.

Went here for the first time. I'm originally from Chicago so I was excited to try this place. I ordered an Italian Beef with hot peppers and dipped. It was an amazing sandwich. The only thing missing was french fries. This is near my work so I will definitely be back to try more food. Thank you.
